Beautiful flowers but very disappointed in the overall size and fullness for the price I paid. This was my first time using this florist and honestly not impressed.

I wanted to love it but two things were wrong: 1 - the rose was extra-large - not one I would have expected to pin on a man's suit 2 - there were no pins in the box but I didn't realize it until we were at the event and trying to put it on

I went back to compare to picture and I thought I liked it but it just doesn't pop like what was advertised for 85 dollars I feel like it could've been better last flowers I bought my wife were a but cheaper and looked better

For the cost, it leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, delivering at 5:48pm when you're right around the corner and I placed the order in advance is super disappointing. Now my birthday gift looks like an after thought. I'll keep this in mind for the future.

The actual arrangement is much smaller in person. I was disappointed in the size. I've always had great luck when I've ordered from here - I feel this arrangement cost more than it should have.

Yuck! Not at all like the photo, not even close!! Lots of carnations (cheap). Please go back to the drawing board and try again, send me a new photo please. No I am not picky; I have never sent flowers back to the florist before. Try to get the color combo to match the unicorn, thanks

We appreciate receiving a photo; however, for the $100 price budget provided, the arrangement appears a less showy and skimpier overall than what we expected, unfortunately.

Not sure those are the bright colors or assortment I expected. The dark purple is not very bright or celebratory.

This looks to be a bit slim on flowers. I'm a florist in NJ and I would have added one more type / variety of flowers where the greens are.

The service was good when we arrived. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The only issue we had was the flower arrangement itself. For $180, the flowers did not look impressive or big. It was very basic and smaller than what we were expecting.

My MIL said half the hydrangeas drooped and lost their leaves within 6 hours of receiving the flowers.

Not what I expected. I requested bright colors, and expressed my preferences by referring to some arrangements on the Breens website. The deep red roses were not a good addition in my opinion. Disappointed as I ordered 6 arrangements for my mother's celebration of life reception and spent over $600 on these.

Very nice, helpful salesperson. Flowers delivered very quickly. Appreciated getting photo of arrangement. But size of arrangement was extremely disappointing. I would have expected something far more substantial for the price. Probably won't use them again.

My wife received her flowers on Thursday without issue, she did notice that quite a few leaves were left on the stems dead and crunchy but it was still nice. By Saturday they had already started to die, and here on Sunday the whole arrangement is a wilted

I was expecting bright orange roses as pictured on website. Bouquet beautiful but not the color I thought I ordered. I will be more specific and place a phone order next time. Breen's quality and service are always exceptional but I was very disappointed
