Mary was really nice taking the order. Unfortunately, the arrangement looks more like a $60 arrangement than a $150. I also requested more fall colors which would not include dark red roses. Not impressed at all

You normally do a good job but the actual arrangement didn't look anything like the photo. We were disappointed as we were ordering flowers to welcome someone home after an extended absence.

The spray is beautiful, however my wish was to have all red roses and greenery. I did not want other flowers in the spray. Considering the cost I was disappointed with the results.

I asked for colorful but all the flowers are red with just a sprinkle of white and tiny purple accents. I wanted color like multiple colors. Bright and cheery. I do like that you sent a picture though.

Are you sure that is the medium cross? From the proportion to the antherium, it looks like the small cross. An antherium is 3” to 4” tall, and you told me the cross would be 22”-24” tall. This just doesn't look like $300 worth of flowers. I go back a
