I called from out of state to order a flower arrangement for delivery three days in advance, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff offered helpful recommendations based on my ideas, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. I received email updates with an order confirmation, a photo of the finished arrangement, and a delivery notification. The flowers were delivered right on time, and I was extremely satisfied with both the process and the professionalism. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this family-owned and operated florist to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements and professional service. I don't live in Houston and wasn't sure who to turn to when I needed to send a plant to a grieving family. I was so thankful to find this shop online. They were kind, helpful, and made the entire process easy during a difficult time. The plant they delivered was absolutely beautiful. I'm so grateful for their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Those are definitely not what I was thinking for $150. I was hoping it would be fuller and in a lower medium vase.
