Superb customer service and beautiful flowers! Carol was amazing to work with and very thorough when collecting information and just what I was looking to send. Love the fact that you all send an electronic copy of the receipt, picture of the flowers that are being delivered and delivery confirmation. So glad I found Breen's Florist!

I'm giving Breen's five stars because they corrected a situation without hassle and their customer service. The flowers I ordered were a bit wilted and not fresh. This could have occurred from the flowers sitting in the Houston heat too long as it was being delivered. I emailed customer service about 5:30pm after the shop had closed. I received a response late that evening that my flowers would be replaced the next day. The replacement was timely and the new flowers were fresh. I have the confidence that issues arise, Breen's will make it right.

This is my first time using Breen's Florist and I highly recommend them. They have an awesome customer service team! They sent a picture of the floral arrangement before it leaves the florist and the delivery was fast. The delivery person takes the time to contact the sender with updates or issues. Anyone who uses Breen's Florist is well taken care with the friendly staff and beautiful floral arrangement.
