I ordered 3 dozen red roses and the arrangement only contained 29.

Thought the arrangement looked small and found that upon arriving home, there were only 29 roses in the arrangement instead of the 36 I ordered.

That looks nothing like the website showed it would. I understand you might have to substitute flowers but the quality shouldn't have to suffer.

I was disappointed that I was not told about the cost of delivery and usually for the school district or city employees there was never a charge. Plus , when I called not knowing the name had been changed the attitude was not pleasant from the employee. I

The arrangement is very pretty but I just don't feel it is as full as the deluxe picture on the website showed. I'm used to Clear Lake Flowers being consistent with what is shown even if the flowers had to be different because of availability.

Love the idea of sending a pic of what the recipient is actually getting! I'd make the background a white or black depending on the arrangement colors to make it not seem so drab.

They look very nice, but the original pic I based my purchase on displayed a larger flowering section - which was important to me. However perhaps it's just this pic you can't see them as well.
