I don't think the colours really work. It's a bit red white and blue as opposed to Spring which I requested.

The flowers I got are not as full as ths picture. I have four nice roses but no large palm branches. I am not disappointed because the effort of my son is truly appreciated.

The arrangement here is nothing like what I had ordered. I know you can substitute for what you have but I am not happy with this arrangement.

It looks beautiful but smaller compared to the $50 one on the website and the many I have ordered from you in the past. Some are displayed here in the office. That is all...it just seems to be smaller

The Clear Lake office has apparently been closed for several months but their website still allows people to place an order for pickup there. If a random staff member had not noticed this and called me, I would have been SOL. even still it was lucky that

It was a sympathy basket, a white ribbon might have been more appropriate. Expected a bigger basket with more contents for $99.

I expected it to look more like the picture. I was hoping for more blue flowers. Looking at this picture, the bottom right side doesn't have flowers, just greenery. At $210.00, I probably wouldn't order again.

This was supposed to be purple orchids. Not very happy with arrangement. Design is not elegant like the picture on the website.

It's nice but I it's suppose to be in a jar shaped vase with a burlap ribbon and the yellow roses should have been in a bunch. It's not like it was pictured. Thank you for the order. It will be fine!

The little bit of lavender in the additional flowers brings a weediness that I do not like. Please remove them if not too late.

Our company typically orders funeral sprays for former employees. For an order of over $250 dollars we usually get a more lush arrangement from other Houston florists.

The Fruit Basket was okay, but I think it needed more Fruit since I've never seen a Fruit Basket with the Fruit not touching each other before. Its usually piled up and you can't see all the Fruit (even if it means using a smaller basket)... I would like

The flowers were beautiful; however I paid extra for the upgraded version and what was received looked exactly like the lowest level version. :(

I had 2 separate orders of a dozen roses. I feel the pictures showed more greenery and I would have liked to have seen more of the "dozen roses" ordered. I could make out 7 roses and 2 that were barely visual and looked very small on the picture. Now I am

I dont think the picture clearly showed a dozen roses. It showed more greenery. I eould have liked a closer picture of the 12 yellow roses.

I love the idea of getting a picture of the flowers I sent. But I specifically requested that this be upgraded to blush tones and clearly it wasn't. I double checked my receipt and it was noted there too. I'm not that upset, but just surprised.
