This looks more like a picture of an FTD florist. I thought I was sending something original. I was impressed by your reviews but this arrangement does not exhibit the cost of what was paid. I'm disappointed with this picture. My hope is that it looked better in person.

I would have thought it would be more fuller for the price.

The flowers are pretty, thought it would be a little bigger and have more flowers. Overall nice

It's not as pretty as the last one you all designed. Seems odd that you have a blue balloon with purple flowers. I would think that the color scheme would be more consistent. Maybe a purple balloon with those flowers.

Thank you for the photo. While it's pretty, it's not the shape nor quite the style as I'd expressed to the order taker (as well as shared photos). Unfortunately, the picture is sent too late to make any corrections and no apologies nor solutions were offered this morning when I called, as instructed in text. Only defense.

Thank you for the photo. There seems considerable discrepancy between this photo and the arrangement you advertised: smaller pot, smaller plants close together, and a less appealing color than white, purple, pink in your photos.

There was a lack of flowers for the amount of money we paid. We paid for a base bs flowers. I just did a wedding and am aware of cost of flowers

I thought it was to be bright colors!

the photo before purchase is much fuller and arranged better.

It's nice but thought for the money a little more colour or flowers may have been good🥴‼️

They are not what expected.

The flowers don't look like the one the web site

It look like it's may be missing one or two of the flowers that were in the original picture where I choose the flowers.

Arrangement was nice but a bit expensive! I did like getting a picture.

I previously ordered a stunning arrangement that exceeded my expectations. I was charged more for this and it seemed subpar compared.

Thank you for the photo of the flowers. I have been a long time customer of yours and Len and Chip have always been pleased with your arrangements. My brother called to tell us thank you, and said it was really nice. At second glance of your photo, I was disappointed in the amount of flowers. Especially when I asked for more flowers rather than vase and fillers. I know that you strive for quality. In the future what should I ask for when ordering? Sincerely, Paula & Ken

I was expecting more flowers for $300. Also I prefer a shorter, solid vase where you don't see so much dirty water after the first day. I am disappointed. I gave a 3 only because the lady in the phone was so nice.

The flowers were beautiful but was very disappointed in cost of the product!! I had several people ask me where we got them and how much they were! When I told them$300 they were very shocked and said I paid too much!

If I order days in advance I expect the order delivered the first part of the day. Not afternoon/ evening.

Some Flowers don't look bloomed and others look like older blooms (wilted) was also expecting more white. Perhaps it's the picture but this doesn't look how I was expecting and appears hastily done

Intentionally sought out a local, family owned florist for this order. I'm not pleased w/ how this turned out, but ended up having to go with it based on the timing. The staff was very nice, but communication could have been much much better. My recommendation for any future customers would if you can't physically go in (which was the case for me), direct them to a specific picture on website &/or be very specific with this staff on exactly what flowers, colors, size, etc. that you want because trusting based on their presumed expertise and belief that it achieves your goal/intent was not the way to go.

The flowers are very pretty, but a lot smaller arrangement than what was expected for $119. Did like getting the photo, but was a little deceiving.
