Not up to your usual best. Some of the white roses we either broken or near wilt; some of the yellow roses were past their prime. Overall a 6 or 7 out of a 10.

I'm not fond of the color. Perhaps A bad photo? Something more cheerful please. Please don't deliver before 2pm today. Thank you.

The arrangement is ok. Would have like a real discussion of how many roses and other flowers that would be used before making my final purchase. The arrangement is small and over priced.

Your driver called my gift recipient prior to his arrival. Flowers arrived in great shape, beautifully done. Standing Ovation to Bremen's!

Flowers were absolutely perfect! High delivery charge and extra for delivery by noon...$50 extra to deliver a mile away is ridiculous! Should be based on distance!

I thank you for getting the bouquet order off overnight to the recipient at such short notice, and the flowers look fresh, but that bouquet isn't nearly what I had requested. I had asked for “super bright flowers in a whole spectrum of colors (purples, oranges, pinks, blues, yellows, bright greens, etc.) & super-fragrant flowers including Casablanca lilies or Stargazer lilies if you had them,” so that recipient (in her last days on Earth) could enjoy the beautiful uplifting colors, or at least smell the gorgeous floral scents in the room if she was unable to see the bouquet. While there are some bright orange roses, yellow Mums, and some bright green foliage, it looks like a rather subdued fall/Thanksgiving bouquet, and no fragrant lilies. If there was limited stock on hand, I wish the person who took the order would have let me know that. For amount paid, and having explained the situation to staff member over the phone, I was hoping for arrangement closer to what I'd requested. Thank you for sending photo though. Recipient's family also sent photo…maybe it was of the back of the bouquet, but it looked even less colorful than the picture your company sent.

I had a wonderful experience at the store front with ordering the arrangement. I appreciate the photo being sent and delivery update. I was underwhelmed with how small the arrangement was for the price. I was also told that dark blue Bella Donna (instead of blue ribbon) would be used and it was much more purple than blue.

The plant could've been more fuller for and at least a yellow ribbon for a birthday flower @ $65.

It wasn't what I expected. There was no picture provided for me to choose. Just masculine colors. Not sure these were appropriate for a funeral. Next time I will choose from a photo arrangement.

For the money, I believe that I could have done better myself (if I lived in Texas). The roses appear a bit 'tired' and I am afraid will not last as long as I would hope. The sample in your ad looks more perky and varied.

The arrangement was not my favorite. I know flowers are expensive but not sure it was worth what we paid for it. I mentioned that I wanted something bright and she likes gardenias which yall said you don't carry so I asked if you could do something similar. To me, the arrangement is a little dark and the flowers seem clumped together. I do like the idea of sending the picture so we can see what it looks like.

I'nm sorry but did not like it. That's why i didn't rate it.The flowers sticking up in back especially made it look odd.

Your picture is beautiful but the arrangement received doesn't look the same. It looks kind of flat and the pretty grey green accent leaves are absent. Doesn't look like the pic was just taken from a different point of view. A little disappointed.

I ordered a peace lily. This plant looks good but it's not what I ordered.

The flowers are beautiful but the price was crazy high.

Like seeing what I purchased but not really wowed by the arrangement for $113.00. Just looks like a bunch of flowers stuffed in a vase. I should have placed the order sooner, maybe this is a result of me waiting until today to order the arrangement.

I thought the arrangement was pretty, however for a $500 dollar arrangement I thought there would be more flowers. There were other sprays from my friends that were much fuller. I am close enough to these friends to ask how much their spray was and it was only $350 and much fuller. Since it was for my Dad, I wanted it to be amazing! Again, I'm not saying that it wasn't quality work, I just thought it would have more flowers.

All good but the ballon that was delivered was a “Happy Birthday”, not “Happy Anniversary”. The occasion was a weeding anniversary, not a birthday. The flowers very beautiful and the delivery on tim, but this kind of mistakes, you cannot have.

While the arrangement was very nice. I ordered Lilies w/other white flowers. I saw 2 Lilies. Also I previewed other bouquets in your selection that seemed just as nice, that were about a third of the price I paid.
