I was a bit concerned that the roses looked brown but perhaps it the coloration of the picture. Was the bouquet delivered in a vase? My aunt loved the flowers. Thank you.

The flowers were beautiful. I love the arrangement, but they were a little tired. They didn't look like they were gonna last even another day.

I really like working with Carol on the orders I make with Breen, she is very helpful and so sweet and makes it easy to decide on the type of arrangement to send for specific occasions.

Customer service was superior. Carol helped to find the best combination for a funeral arrangement that did NOT contain a Peace Lily. There were at least 20 of those at the funeral. The presentation was very pretty and we were pleased with the arrangement. The only consideration was that it seemed small for the value. Perhaps a lesser price would have met our complete satisfaction. But overall, we were fortunate to find a florist to help us in the week after Christmas when other shops were closed. Thank you for the excellent communication and picture that I could share with those unable to make the service. All is good. Happy New Year.

I was hoping for more roses or hydrangeas. I am not a fan of carnations and they weren't pictured in the website photo choice of arrangements so I didn't think I would receive them. The updates and photos of my delivery were fantastic!
