I was very pleased with the service and the arrangement was lovely, the recipient was delighted. She said that the delivery was handled very well and that the water was even chilled because it was quite hot that day.

The arrangement was beautiful, but some of the greenery did not hold up well.

Breen's Florist in Pasadena, Texas prepared and delivered a beautiful rose arrangement to my wife at her place of employment in celebration of our 30 years of marriage. The roses were well curated and preserved, and the arrangement remained lovely for days.

Carol was very friendly, helpful and patient when I placed the order. I also really appreciated receiving a photo once the arragement was completed. However, I tried several times to call back after seeing the photo because the arrangement did not include the birds of paradise I requested for my daughter's 25th birthday. I was automatically placed on hold, and then finally the recording asked me to leave a message, saying I had reached them after hours (not true). Very disappointed that I could not get through to ask about my order (as directed by email if I had any questions), and that no one communicated to me the birds of paradise would not be included, as requested. The arrangement is pretty and appears to be high quality, otherwise. (It does include other flowers I requested; just not the tropical twist for a modern flair.)
