Representative was very helpful and I really appreciated the phone call reminder of my niece's birthday. I am not thrilled with the flowers. I know they are fall colors, but for a birthday gift, it doesn't seem that cheerful. Anyway, I should have looked up what I wanted before calling to place the order.

They look nice. I probably should have spent a more money, but please dont take that as bad on your part, its just I have a son born on the 25th and one born on the 27th, well Brandon was the one born on the 27th!!!! Oops! We all three had a laugh!! The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and I very much appreciate that! I do like getting the picture, but I wish I could have received it before I actually had it sent it! Thank you!

It is pretty but would have been nice to see some baby's breath or other small white flower to contrast all the yellow.

I love getting the photo. I had hoped for more of pink roses like in the picture on your website for the Charming Catherine. It's beautiful and could be the darker picture.
