The florist was professional and very detailed in depending the exact location the flowers should be delivered. While services were listed at a church, they called and confirmed that all flowers were to be taken to the funeral home instead and ensured a timely delivery. Unfortunately the selection didn't appear as vibrant and full and the marketing pic.

The staff is extremely nice. I was even called to make sure I would be picking my order up in time. The location is convenient and I was able to place an order with only two days notice. I try really hard to support local businesses. I found the pricing to be very high. I paid $75 and honestly felt like the cost should have been no higher then $40.

We like the flower arrangement and Yes we always prefer to have a photo.

I thought the flowers would be just a little brighter in the choice of colors, perhaps it's the photo that seem to portray the arrangement just a little pale looking. However, it does reflect a lovely arrangement.

The flowers looked good on delivery but were dead within 24 hours! My wife had them in her office and when she and the other ladies came in the next day they were awful looking. This has never happened with the flowers I have received from you. We are very disappointed. Breen is offering to correct this mistake. This is the type of response I have come to expect and trust with them.

I think I was expecting more color but I realize color is limited in winter. Overall it's an attractive arrangement.

Flowers are very nice but the bright yellow smiley face balloon is not what I would have picked for an older man. Really appreciate the prompt and frequent communication. Very efficient!
