The flowers were a nice selection, but past their prime. A closer view of the rose buds and lily buds would have shown this. This arrangement wouldn't have been an acceptable choice even at a grocery store.

The arrangement was beautiful, unfortunately the roses looked a little wilted and only lasted till the next day. Maybe it should have been wrapped for the delivery

They were for my elderly pastor and they were beautiful. A special thanks to the delivery man because he made every attempt to notify me the sender that no one was home and he tried leaving the flowers with the recipient neighbor but no one was home. He was concerned about the flowers being left outside in the frigid weather. I really appreciate his concern. I will keep your contact information and order flowers again when sending flowers to Chicago. Thank you very much for making someone's birthday special.

I wouldn't know how much I enjoy my flowers BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED THEM even though I texted with the delivery driver ON MY BIRTHDAY and he told me he wouldn't make it in time and after I spoke to a lady in the shop THE DAY AFTER I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THEM and she assured me I would receive them. I didn't. I'm so disappointed.

The colors of the arrangement and vase are absolutely gorgeous. Delivery was prompt and driver was friendly! Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues!
