Arrived late in the day (6:30pm) but they are beautiful

They are very pretty. The friend who bought them for me said, though, that the first delivery was not what she had ordered. A second came the next day.

Very attractive arrangement.

Flowers were looking good when received. Was a bit concerned about them not being packaged in a paper sleeve or even cardboard around the vase. If my neighbor had not of intercepted the delivery, these flowers would have been sitting in the full sun until I got home. All turned out well & was a nice selection of flowers and put together well!

Arrangement was pretty

The flowers were pretty and the vase was exactly as advertised. But, the balloon wasn't “birthday” sense.

They looked great the first day. Now a week later, the roses and sunflowers had to be removed because they were so wilted. I kept the water over 3/4 inches the vase but I guess that's their lifespan. If they were only to last one week then 5 stars because that's what they did.

My flowers are absolutely stunning! They are still beautiful after a week. It was lucky that i returned home early to find they were left on the porch in extreme heat.

These were such a lovely surprise given the recent event in my life. I love the vase and arrangement. So fresh and beautiful!

Ordered these for my girlfriend and the bouquet was gorgeous!!! 2 feedbacks: 1) when the surprise came the note for our anniversary was behind the receipt and she didn't know that it was there until I got home from a flight that night 2) improvements to CRM and processing order communications would be beneficial, I was really nervous for hours that day if the order was not ben properly received and in process. That is constructive feedback - quality of order 5/5 stars - delivery execution 4/5 stars i wish there had been a confirmation photo or correspondence so they could be left at the apt door and not just lobby. Coordination with 1800 flowers as broker 2/5 (their fault not yours, it seems to really leave customers in the dark with a finger to the wind until the delivery tracker says out for delivery. Time from Friday business open to out for delivery was about 7-8 hours of radio silence) Thank you for the wonderful order though, she was sooooooo happy beautiful product!

I didn't know they were outside my door! I would suggest next time knock to let me know. Flowers are beautiful!

I was a little disappointed. The flowers and a balloon was sent for a 60th birthday. The flowers were nice but disappointed in the balloon. I ordered a happy birthday balloon and received a “You're so special “balloon with big heart on it. That was not the balloon that was ordered. I ordered a birthday balloon

Very nice . Flowers look gooad after several days

The arrangement is beautiful and the flowers are fresh. I'm told I was supposed to also receive a balloon with the flowers which I didn't get. Not sure if was overlooked or the shop never got the info from the website the order was placed on.

Flowers sat in a torrential tan from 1:09 pm until 5:01 pm, when I was able to get home. I left a text in the morning giving the phone# of my neighbor, who could accept the delivery. She says she NEVER received a text or call from the Delivery person. In the same text, I put my phone number! I KNOW I never received a call or text. The communication was not acceptable from the Florist delivery man.

Hello. I thought the arrangement was lovely.The lasting power could have been better but the initial presentation was nice and the bouquet looked fresh through Wednesday. Great customer service.

Box is a little hard to move around

They were pretty but the roses and purplish blue didn't last very long. The other flowers did very well. The greens did well .

It was a very pretty arrangement. It would be good to make sure the outside of container is cleaned after arrangement completed. Some of the rose petal edges were damaged as well but overall pretty.
