Flowers are beautiful. Delivery gal was very nice. Thank you.

The flowers are lovely. Delivery was by a private driver who did notify me before delivered. It was mentioned they couldn't be left outside due to it being warm. The flowers arrived in a non refrigerated vehicle and arrived warm. They appear, with exception of the roses (not wired) to be holding up well.

The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The vase was supposed to have a smiley face on it as pictured for my granddaughter. The delivery was great. I like the text message communication. My only complaint is the arrangement was delivered without any plastic or paper covering over it.

It was a beautiful arrangement but wilted very quickly.

My flowers I received are beautiful but my butterfly light it came with was defective it didn't turn on.

The flowers themselves were beautiful! However, the delivery was not ideal. We had to run out at the time of the delivery, so I let the delivery person know to leave the flowers in the porch and that the screen door would be unlocked to do so. On top of that, we left a note on the front door saying ‘please put flowers inside', yet the flowers were still left in the front yard on a layer of bricks. You can even see the note we left on the door in the background of one of the pictures the delivery person sent for proof of delivery. Overall not a huge deal but we would have loved for the flowers to have been put somewhere safe while we were away from the house.

Mostly beautiful, but the lavender colored flowers on the left began wilting immediately.

lovely flowers only thing I would change is I would put large leaves wrapping the bottom of the stems in the clear square vase. that would make it prettier. they are still blooming after almost a week!

The flower arrangement was beautiful, made up of very fresh stock. The woman who delivered them was very nice. Getting a text at 8:00 a.m. asking for a rating was not as great. Might want to rethink that part.

The flowers are beautiful, but I do wish they had been placed in a box. I had two calls, the first woman who called me could not speak English at all, and then there was another woman who called and apologized for the first woman who called me because she didn't understand English. Shortly after that, my doorbell rang, when I opened the door, the flowers were in a glass jar sitting on my front porch…..so this is why I wish they had been put in a box.
