Beautiful flowers and arrangement. I am rating only 4 stars due to the delivery issue. My only complaint is how I was notified of the delivery. It should have said the name of the florist on the card so I would know that it was a legitimate order. It freaked me out. I had no idea who the delivery person was.

I loved the flowers, did not appreciate the delivery driver that just left the flowers, and I had no idea the flowers arrived until late that night , the driver did not ring the bell nor call . I was very disappointed in the delivery. The flowers were beautiful.

There was no plant food included in the delivery. The flowers were fresh when they arrived.

They were beautiful but surprised they were not wrapped. They were delivered as is. No paper or cellophane etc. Not protected at all.

Flowers are beautiful but the purple ones are already dying and drying out after just two days of delivery

The arrangement is beautiful! I was surprised to get home and see it sitting on my porch as if a neighbor dropped it off. It wasn't boxed/wrapped. It the wind blew before I got home it would have been broken.

The flowers were nice but the purple flowers do not seem to last long. They looked nice in the beginning but didn't last long as mentioned

The flowers was beautiful but only thing was they was left outside on the porch for a couple hours before I gotten home and they gotten a cold freeze look on them because it was cold outside they should've been wrap up if they was going to leave them outside.

My flowers were so vibrant and beautiful! It was a very well put together arrangement. My only issue was with delivery. The vase was left in the snow on the ground with no knock or notice, so it sat outside freezing for a few hours before I found there was a delivery.

The driver brought the flowers to the neighbors house instead of my sister's house. The arrangement that was delivered looked a lot different from the picture that I ordered from. The arrangement should have been wrapped up with the freezing temps.

Lovely arrangement and the delivery person took extra measures to ensure flowers were delivered same day.

The arrangement was one of the most beautiful I have ever received. The colors and types of flowers and the HBD vase - loved it all. It was delivered during a torrential downpour and hail storm. There was no plastic and no box. It was on an open porch with no cover. Would suggest you use something to protect the flowers during inclement weather.

The arrangement and vase are beautiful but………. shouldn't that be in a sleeve ? It was left on a bench outside my front door in a 25 degree weather Needless to say some flowers show frostbite and wilted

Flowers were beautiful and fresh. They were not packaged so if we weren't home to receive delivery, they may have been damaged by the cold.

I ordered birthday flowers for an older adult to give to her daughter. I ordered them two days in advance. Flowers are very nice but she didn't get them until evening about 5:30. Didn't expect that they would arrive that late in the day. The driver was kind and let me know they were on the way. I would have preferred that they had arrived at least by 3:00 p.m. because today was almost over.
