Flowers are beautiful! Appreciate the delivery driver reaching out to ensure we were home due to the cold weather.

The flowers are lovely. It's a beautiful, fresh arrangement. More communication about delivery is needed. I tried texting and calling to get info on delivery time. No text replies and voicemail was not returned. Added stress to what was supposed to be a birthday treat.

Flowers arrived beautiful! Only thing is they didn't ring the door bell.

Very pleased with the beautiful rose, mum, carnation, delphinium arrangement, along with charming white container with gold ribbon & bumble bee decor. The only issue was flowers were not well protected or covered. I was away for the night, and could not bring flowers in until mid-day on the following day. That said, flowers still look pretty good on the third day. Thank you!

They were delivered a day late but the lilies are opening and beautiful!Love the greens and white.

Flowers were delivered without any wrapping to cover them. Picture from porch showed just an open arrangement. Easy picking for porch pirates. Arrangement itself is lovely.

The white roses and red carnations are beautiful...however the other flowers used as fill in were dead when the arrangement arrived. The delivery man was great. He rang bell and when I didn't answer he called me. I wasn't home and he gave me time to call a neighbor and he dropped the flowers off at their house.

Beautiful arrangement. It might be better to have delivery driver take a picture and text the to/from card. I received a text that the flowers were left outside but it didn't say who it was from, so I actually thought the text was spam.

The flowers were very pretty but the flowers were not packed for delivery. There was nothing around the base of the flowers and no paper around the flowers to protect them during delivery in the frigid cold weather. They were completely exposed no base to keep level or protect them in transit from other arrangements in their delivery. Never received flowers before with no paper or anything around them to protect them from a florist delivery. The delivery person did call to say they could be left out in cold.

The flower arrangement was nice, a smaller size. The flowers were delivered on Wednesday but by Thursday the roses were drying out and dying. I left them until Friday and then removed them from the bouquet. The overall style was lovely. Wish the roses would have lasted.

They were lovely, although the yellow daisies and alstromeria seemed somewhat wilted upon delivery.

The bouquet was received positively by my friend. To me, (from a photo she sent me), they looked as advertised. I do not know if she received the Happy Birthday mylar balloon as she did not mention it. I hope it was included. Thank you. I will definitely use your services in the future.
