The flowers were very pretty but the flowers were not packed for delivery. There was nothing around the base of the flowers and no paper around the flowers to protect them during delivery in the frigid cold weather. They were completely exposed no base to keep level or protect them in transit from other arrangements in their delivery. Never received flowers before with no paper or anything around them to protect them from a florist delivery. The delivery person did call to say they could be left out in cold.

The flower arrangement was nice, a smaller size. The flowers were delivered on Wednesday but by Thursday the roses were drying out and dying. I left them until Friday and then removed them from the bouquet. The overall style was lovely. Wish the roses would have lasted.

They were lovely, although the yellow daisies and alstromeria seemed somewhat wilted upon delivery.

The bouquet was received positively by my friend. To me, (from a photo she sent me), they looked as advertised. I do not know if she received the Happy Birthday mylar balloon as she did not mention it. I hope it was included. Thank you. I will definitely use your services in the future.

Lovely, fresh flowers.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. However, despite having a buzzer, the delivery person just left them and it if wasn't for someone in my building who posted them in the group chat, I would have never received them or known they were delivered.

Flowers were lovely and in healthy condition. No notice of delivery such as text or email so they went unnoticed for a day. Nice vase and beautiful arrangement !!

The first bouquet, while absolutely stunning contained carnations with the heads broken, and the greens were not quite in the oasis and came out. The color combo was stunning, and I received a 2nd similar bouquet to correct the damage. Excellent customer service!

The bouquet was very pretty, but the roses were too open. They were fully open the very next day. I wish they would have been in a tighter stage when they were delivered as they last longer.

Flowers are beautiful and were delivered with car by a very polite and kind driver.

The arrangement is beautiful. Such vibrant colors. I'm disappointed that the roses were already so open when it was delivered as I know I won't get to enjoy it for long.

Great arrangement! The roses were soft/ loose within two days despite being kept only in a temp controlled, air conditioned office, with no direct sun. Water was refreshed and stems cut one second day.
