I am retracting my negative review yesterday. I spoke to the manager, Jessica, yesterday and accepted her apology. She is professional, courteous and helpful. I was assured the delivery will be made. She even took the time to inform me of the soon to be arrival. I was amazed at the gorgeous flowers I received. I love the creativity and the detailed efforts placed on the fantastic arrangements. I like the flowers but there was a delay in the delivery. You should make a policy of calling your customers before you deliver that way they will know you will deliver on a specific day and time.

The flower arrangement was beautiful! The color coordination and type of flowers were stunning! It looked like what was shown online only much prettier! Very full bouquet and great quality flowers. We changed out the water every couple of days and the bouquet lasted well over a week!
