Flowers were very nice. It would help if you were able to select a more specific delivery window. The order simply stated they would be delivered by 8pm, but many business and delivery locations close before then or people have left work for the day. Allowing for designating morning, afternoon, after 5pm, or must be delivered before _____, as options would really help because I almost ordered from somewhere else because I didn't want to risk it. I can't be the only person & that's losing potential business. Overall though I'm pleased because it seems like so many floral delivery companies have really poor quality control & flowers arrive looking half dead.

The flowers were perfect. Delivered on time. A little later than I liked. After 5pm more like 7pm. I did not pay for before noon delivery. I think before 5 would be reasonable. I have sent Flowers to Fla.,N.Y., Il., and Wi. several times and received what I ordered. Dependable service. Everyone Raved about the flowers.

I love my arrangement! I will be honest that the roses are a little extra bloomed but nonetheless gorgeous! The greenery of the Alstroemeria as the depth of the arrangement too. I absolutely love the yellow Chrysanthemums too!
