Chicago Flower Delivery, Melrose Park, IL - Customer Flower Reviews

Recipient reported multiple stems were broken, flowers already wilting 3-4 days later. Late delivery not on the date promised, didn't leave a note to coordinate delivery after supposed multiple attempts.

After three days they've already withered and are dropping

i liked it but flowers didn't seem exactly fresh and why was there a red rose on the porch? was it apart of the bouquet?

The flowers were beautiful, however, they were delivered unpackaged, which tells me they were out in the cold which caused them to wilt after a couple of days.

My flowers came and were beautiful. However two days later they were drying up and did not look fresh at all.

These were lovely. They were sent by my sister to my husband Wallace. Unfortunately, he died on the day that they were to be delivered. She tried to get the delivery changed to our home but was unsuccessful.

Delivery was great. The arrangement was beautiful. Unfortunately roses started dying day 2, despite stem cutting and fresh water.

Flowers were left downstairs. Did not know they were there until a neighbor told me. The floral arrangement is very pretty

I liked them but i feel.that they should not have left them outside in the frezzy cold.

The roses did not last long this time, they are ‘nodding' after a few days. I used to get fabulous roses that lasted way past a week time, same florist I assumed, Ashland?

The flower are pretty, but the birthday card, was birthday but it did not indicate who sent the flowers.

The flowers were beautiful on arrival❤️. The roses and pine did not last long because of the tight fitting green foam—they were deprived of water. I soaked the arrangement in water but it didn't help. Still I enjoy flowers from your shop.

Flowers were very pretty but had much more greenery/fewer flowers than the TELEFLORA picture indicated.

I was expecting more flowers on the order that I sent to my sister for her Birthday. Was a little disappointed.

I ordered a lavender bouquet and that is not it. Nevertheless she did like it. I don't live in that area. So I depended on your business to do something similar.

The person who received them was very happy. I think the picture is nice, but it's not what I ordered. Everything worked out fine.

There was a little mix-up! The driver left the flowers on our front porch not knowing we were in Wisconsin until Sunday. She admitted that she did not check to see if our neighbor at 3044 Halifax was home to accept them for us. We contacted the delivery driver to request her returning to our area in Westchester and check with our neighbor. We were told that she was now quite far from our residence. She was in Libertyville. We told her not to worry about driving back to our neighborhood and checking with our next door neighbor. We told her that we would find someone to pick them up. We did and I went to pick them up at my daughter's friend house in Western Springs! The flowers and vase are beautiful! Perhaps speaking with that driver will remind her to always check with the surrounding neighbors closest to where the flowers are being delivered. She did offer to drive back from Libertyville, but we told her that was a very long drive back and that we would handle her mistake. No worries!

Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive on time despite extra fee paid for by my significant other and I was off of work the day they were delivered. As they were left in a hot office, I am sure they were nice upon delivery, but not as intended when I saw them my next day of work. 🙁

The flowers are very pretty, but my boyfriend said he paid for six roses that I only got five.

Did not get to see the flowers due to the delivery service you use. They gave the customer that ordered the flowers the runaround. Said they could not find the huge office building where the delivery was to be sent. Gave you a 3 star rating as I'm sure the flowers were beautiful, but your delivery service needs to be looked into to. 🤔
