The person who received them was very happy. I think the picture is nice, but it's not what I ordered. Everything worked out fine.

There was a little mix-up! The driver left the flowers on our front porch not knowing we were in Wisconsin until Sunday. She admitted that she did not check to see if our neighbor at 3044 Halifax was home to accept them for us. We contacted the delivery driver to request her returning to our area in Westchester and check with our neighbor. We were told that she was now quite far from our residence. She was in Libertyville. We told her not to worry about driving back to our neighborhood and checking with our next door neighbor. We told her that we would find someone to pick them up. We did and I went to pick them up at my daughter's friend house in Western Springs! The flowers and vase are beautiful! Perhaps speaking with that driver will remind her to always check with the surrounding neighbors closest to where the flowers are being delivered. She did offer to drive back from Libertyville, but we told her that was a very long drive back and that we would handle her mistake. No worries!

Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive on time despite extra fee paid for by my significant other and I was off of work the day they were delivered. As they were left in a hot office, I am sure they were nice upon delivery, but not as intended when I saw them my next day of work. 🙁

Did not get to see the flowers due to the delivery service you use. They gave the customer that ordered the flowers the runaround. Said they could not find the huge office building where the delivery was to be sent. Gave you a 3 star rating as I'm sure the flowers were beautiful, but your delivery service needs to be looked into to. 🤔

While the flowers were beautiful, I was expecting a little more. I paid for the most expensive version and I feel like I could have ordered a less expensive version and received the same bouquet.

They are beautiful. The only issue is that they weren't wrapped in paper or in a carton box. Just dropped off as is. Never saw this done before.

Mylar balloon was a disapointment. Had questions and the driver spoke no english and could not get in touch with anyone else. Flowers were "ok", but not professional looking.

The flowers were lovely and the driver was informative and cooperative. Unfortunately, I learned from the sender that there was also supposed to be a box of chocolates, and the gift bear didn't look anything like that pictured. If I was only reviewing the floral arrangement I would give that 5 stars, but as the sender was disappointed that distorted my overall experience.

I am not the recipient… I am the purchaser. These do not look like the flowers I chose… they look droopy. I see that there are some buds, maybe they will open. I know Kelsey loved getting the flowers but do not know what she thought of them

The flowers were pretty but the roses started dying in two days and were dead in 3. The stems with the buds were dead in a day. When they were delivered I came right home so they were on my porch for less than 20 minutes. I changed the water and added the food. Disappointed because I'm sure they weren't inexpensive
