It was beautiful, but very small for the money paid. Also, flower shop made several grammar mistakes on the greeting card.

Luckily I happen to open my front door before I went to bed , just to look out. Low and behold there were flowers sitting in a glass vase on the stoop in the rain! They were not wrapped or in some kind of container. I thought a neighbor dropped them off. No one rang the bell or knocked on the door. Had I not happen to look out, I'd never would had found them until the next day...maybe. They were soaked, but they were a nice bouquet

On February 28 around 8:30 in the morning I received a message saying that I had a flower arrangement sent from someone and asking me when I would be at home. I answered three minutes after that text saying that I would be at home at 12 or after. However, they still left the flowers at my front door at nine, even though in that message, it said that they could not leave the flowers outside due to the weather, and that they needed a picture as signature. Therefore, even after I gave them the information, they asked For, they went against their own rules and protocols. my flowers were outside for three hours in the cold. I find this very rude because someone took their time and money to give me an arrangement for my birthday and now they won't last as long due to them being outside for so long in the cold.

The flowers were nice, but not at all what I ordered. They were all pink and white. The flowers I ordered were supposed to be yellow, purple and red. Disappointed.

These were nice the first day, and I appreciate the office for sending them. However if you want an honest review for the type of sturdy flowers in this arrangement they are wilting rather quickly. That is a little disappointing but I do appreciate the thought and effort behind them.

Flowers were pretty upon arrival but was curious why they weren't wrapped in paper like I typically see when flowers are delivered. Also, some of the flowers started wilting within two days.

The flowers are beautiful. BUT they were not wrapped, left outside close to door, doorbell was not rung. I had to push flowers away from door to get outside. Thank goodness I was home & saw person leaving.

Delivery was prompt. Flowers don't look great - like they've been frozen for awhile.

The fiirst roses you delivered started to die on day two. The replacement bouquet was much better

It was on the date promised, the arrangement was as pictured, maybe a little sparse for “deluxe” but nice. There was no balloon, which I paid for.

I appreciated that the design was very similar to the photo I ordered. (I order one in another state that wasn't even close). But some of the flower still needed to bloo. And some were already wilting. The roses has brown spots and edges and some of the purple flowers were pretty wilted. The lily's were still green and closed. We ordered on 2/12 and had hoped they would be fully bloomed and look really nice for Valentines day but the roses unfortunately were pretty bad by then. I would've given 5 stars if the flowers were just a little more fresh

Pretty basket of flowers in memory of my mother. However, ir isn't lasting very long even with watering.

The bouquet is ok. It looks a little bare.

My Flowers were beautiful, on the note of being daisies. One of my most favorite flowers. However, the daisies weren't, or didn't seem to be as fresh. Maybe because it was cold and they weren't protective from the elements... even in this picture, the daisies seem to be a little wilted. They didn't come in any type of covering sleeve, or floral box.

The arrangement was very nice. However, the delivery person left the flowers outside the door and rang the bell and just left them. The flowers were not even wrapped in paper. It was very cold out. We were out for dinner for my birthday. The next day some of the lillies and purple flowers started to shrivel and die. How do you not wrap the flowers in paper, especially in the winter!

Delivery was a day late thus flowers weren't fresh and showed signs of cold damage particularly on the delphinium. One of the chrysanthemums was broken.

Spikey flowers and greens don't convey the feelings of a soft newborn baby. Appreciated the phone call from driver asking about where the house is.

The flowers were beautiful and nicely arranged in a very nice vase but the size was disappointingly small compared to the photo on the website and the price I paid.

Recipient reported multiple stems were broken, flowers already wilting 3-4 days later. Late delivery not on the date promised, didn't leave a note to coordinate delivery after supposed multiple attempts.

After three days they've already withered and are dropping

i liked it but flowers didn't seem exactly fresh and why was there a red rose on the porch? was it apart of the bouquet?

The flowers were beautiful, however, they were delivered unpackaged, which tells me they were out in the cold which caused them to wilt after a couple of days.

My flowers came and were beautiful. However two days later they were drying up and did not look fresh at all.

These were lovely. They were sent by my sister to my husband Wallace. Unfortunately, he died on the day that they were to be delivered. She tried to get the delivery changed to our home but was unsuccessful.
