You shorted us on this order. I ordered 18 roses. I was charged for 18 roses. You sent 17. This has happened with orders through FTD and other companies. It's clear there are systemic fraudulent practices going on in the floral industry and I suspect the industry gets away with it to the tune of millions of dollars each year in incorrect orders, including sending fewer flowers than are ordered. I'll be speaking out about this. There needs to be an investigation.

Pretty flowers but the base looks horrible. I was expecting a pink vase and no where on the description said, “beware if we don't have the pink vase” I would have never spent so much money which I could have took the time and day actually to go buy a pot of moss from home depot, glue it to a .50 cent potter and buy flowers from Walgreens.

Really disappointed in this floral delivery & will not be using again. Floral arrangement looks nothing like what was advertised & what I chose, different flowers, colour scheme, is much smaller & no premium vase. Most dissatisfied as I spent a considerable amount of time selecting the perfect arrangement & vase.

The arrangement is very nice but was a bit dried out and wilted. I'm disappointed that some of the flowers are already wilted and drooping. I know my friends would be disappointed to know that it wasn't what they expected.

I admit I was disappointed in my flowers. The day I got them several of the chrysanthemums were drooping, dropping petals. And the balsams (I think) looked freezer burned. ☹️ I did take pictures if you want to see.

They were very nice ! But in less than 3 days they died, to be honest it was not worth the money and I don't think I'll be purchasing flowers from here again. $20 from Jewel are fine with me especially in the economy .

My order was incorrect. A red/white/blue arrangement was ordered and I received a red and white arrangement. The text photo notification I received was of a different person's name and hospital room number. The flowers were beautiful just incorrect.

The flowers are very pretty. The delivery was odd. It was delivered on a windy day and not wrapped in anything. Just left on my cement steps. Flowers blew off and had to go pick them up on the driveway

It was overpacked and the roses died within a day, just drooping. They were already limp upon arrival and died without opening despite water changes and adding the packet to the water.

Honestly, 3/4 roses died in 24 hours. I thought maybe it was the stems too shallow in the vase so I even switched the vase and poured some flower food in there and they still died pretty quick.

There was no protection for the flowers. A basic action to take would have been to cover with a light plastic cover for protection. There was even a stool on our porch the box could have been placed on or under since there was snow and wet conditions to deal with. How could this be overlooked? Thankfully we arrived in time to take care of the flowers ourselves.

Your picture looks much better than what I received! Actually unrecognizable! Since you asked, I will say I was very disappointed with the condition and arrangement of flowers. Some flowers weren't cut at the stems for better water absorption thus some greenery looked wilted; a few buds hanging off stems; stock had some dead blooms hanging out of vase at strange angle (which is not in this picture!) perhaps from being stuffed into vase with seemingly no attention to spacing, height or aesthetics. The roses have opened nicely as have the alstroemeria once I cut them and removed dying or crushed blooms and rearranged their placement. I removed some greenery that was crammed into vase suffocating flowers and looking terrible. I don't know my friend's budget, but the flowers could have been placed in a smaller vase with filler and some greenery to highlight the flowers. Sorry for the criticism, but you asked. The picture you show is perfectly acceptable, but was not what I received.

Flowers were beautiful but unfortunately arrived when the party was over and all guests left. The friend who ordered the flowers was extremely upset that they had not arrived at the time they were promised. I felt badly that she was so disappointed.

The flower arrangement is nice. However, they were supposed to be delivered on the 19th. Delivery person texted me at 4 PM “on their way” and would not respond to future texts with their ETA. Flowers were delivered after we had gone to bed and were left outside overnight. Luckily it didn't freeze so they were not completely ruined. Poor communication from delivery company, not responding to requests for status or ETA. The delivery info sent to the sender of the arrangement said they were delivered at 6:30 PM, which is not true.
