Next time, please ring the doorbell; kindly do not leave my flowers outside.

The flowers were pretty and loved the colors. However, I was dismayed to read the warning on the bottom of the vase that states not to handle it without gloves. It contains lead and cadmium. So I don't want to reuse it and don't know how to responsibly dispose of it.

I was told my the person that ordered them that they are the wrong flowers. They did not order Thinking of me balloon flowers for a 10 year old birthday. They are pretty but not what she ordered. She is very upset.

My daughter, who ordered the flowers, said there should be balloons 🎈 but there was none. I tried to call and email you but I received no response. Otherwise, the flower arrangement looks great!

It was actually mot the very best arrangement I recieved. I also think it was late....

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed as they were dry and a few were brittle and broke off. As I am not one to complain, I have contemplated about calling. It was such a lovely heather from my family. The rose tips were even browning.

The flowers were unfortunately subpar. Several of the flowers arrived crushed, and the tips of the rose petals were already brown. More disappointing, they were simply handed to me in the vase with no packaging or protection whatsoever. It was like someone threw the flowers together in a vase and that was that. When you order from a florist, the expectation is that you're getting something fresher, more beautiful, and thoughtfully presented than what you could pick up at a grocery store. That's what you're paying the premium for. Unfortunately, these flowers did not meet that expectation

As you can see in your picture 3 of the flowers ( beige rose ( brown on the edges at delivery ) and one of the red were dead completely in less than 2 days …. And one of the carnations which is surprising was pretty well wilted on day 2 … By Sunday day 3 all the roses were bad …. I took a picture … I'm sorry very disappointing…. It's day 5 all that's left is some purple and a carnation 😞 Sorry

The flowers are beautiful. The delivery was terrible. Flowers were left in my lobby among other package deliveries. If I hadn't gone down for my mail, I would not have known about them. I think the driver should have at least rung my bell if he didn't bring them to my door.

The flowers and arrangement were beautiful but left at the doorstep and by the next day many of them are droopy and dehydrated even though I added water when I got them. Disappointed.

No roses unlike pic

I received a second arrangement after my negative review which it was appreciated. However, the arrangement was not as described in the website picture.

Flowers were beautiful but I also ordered two Mylar happy birthday balloons that were not delivered.

Late and not delivered to where I specifically outlined. Not only on the order but via text. Very disappointed in the time and location of the delivery

In line with the color scheme. But no.. The arrangement was skimpy, had 5 roses for $72 plus dollars. I was very disappointed with what I received for the price.

Unfortunately the roses died the next day. The sender didn't realize i am allergic to most flowers— so i sadly was not able to enjoy them. But The arrangement was really really beautiful. Just wish i could have enjoyed them.

My flowers 3 days later are dying already and wilting. I changed the water and put in the flower food yesterday. This should have lasted a lot longer.

Beautiful arrangement and vase but the roses were questionable when they arrived. By day two and a half roses were spent and the purple flowers were completely limp. The lilies are holding strong

Low quality flowers and terrible delivery

Why were there no roses. Teleflora's Bee Joyful Bouquet features yellow roses, yellow spray roses, white alstroemeria, white miniature carnations, yellow daisy spray chrysanthemums, dusty miller, parvifolia eucalyptus, and seeded eucalyptus. Didn't see all the flowers. Will not use Teleflora again

The arrangement was very pretty when I received it. Unfortunately, it didn't hold up well. The roses didn't last long, but I was especially disappointed that the white daisy flowers started drooping and falling apart so fast, within 2 days. I expected those to last much longer. Overall, it was a pretty bouquet, but I wish the flowers had been fresher so I could have enjoyed them for more than two days days.

No stargazer lillies

A few rose stems were snapped off and overall did not look fresh.

Nice when I got them, but some of the roses are dead already. And I did use the extender packet.

You shorted us on this order. I ordered 18 roses. I was charged for 18 roses. You sent 17. This has happened with orders through FTD and other companies. It's clear there are systemic fraudulent practices going on in the floral industry and I suspect the industry gets away with it to the tune of millions of dollars each year in incorrect orders, including sending fewer flowers than are ordered. I'll be speaking out about this. There needs to be an investigation.
