I've been a loyal FTD customer for many years. I was not happy with this experience. I'm happy to send pictures to support my feedback… But typically, a deluxe arrangement is more full looking (like the picture on the website). What my wife and daughter received was very sparse. This is just not the experience. I am accustomed to when I order from FTD.

Some flowers were broken off at the top of the flower. Was missing the little flowers that were shown in the picture online. Flowers lacked the luster that were shown on the picture online.

Unfortunately the bouquet I ordered did not get delivered as full as the picture shows for the deluxe bouquet. It was also missing one of the three types of flowers specified in the description and was not substituted for another one. The flowers were pretty, but I'm still sad about the lack of fullness for the price I paid.

They absolutely did not look like display page photo. I sent them a photo and it wasn't even 1/2 as much as shown on display page. I never write negative reviews but I had to on this one. One caveat, turnaround and delivery was prompt.

I think the bouquet looked very cheap with lots of daisies and carnations and six roses. I called to complain but was told nothing could be done. I know my sister wanted this to be special for my birthday - but it was disappointing.

Flowers are not what was ordered, and were late to deliver.

The flowers were delivered on time but were completely uneven, there was way too much greenery used and the roses were starting to wilt

No, I am not satisfied. I paid for a large arrangement. The arrangement looks small.

Very disappointed… the arrangement does not look like the picture advertised. For $80 I expected to get what I ordered. This is unacceptable.

Some flowers were already brown on the edges when I received them. Already tired looking. Next day, the flower heads were drooping.

The flowers were not fresh and water was dirty. Great delivery though.

The flowers were not real fresh, and the delivery was way pass the intended delivery time frame.

Hi there…I am the one that purchased the flowers that were delivered to Heather V. I was not pleased with this arrangement. I ordered them via “From You Flowers” and they did not look like the arrangement I selected online. I contacted them and they were already aware of the missing flowers to the arrangement. They were sent pictures and I was going to send them what I had and they advised that was not necessary. Although, Heather thought the flowers were pretty, I feel that she was trying not to hurt my feelings. I felt that there was way too much greenery and not enough flowers. Some of the flowers looked wilted. I hope that the Lilly's open before the other flowers die. My friend indicated the deliver person rang the bell and just left the flowers there. She was home at the time of the delivery and did. It wait for her to come to the door. I am not sure if that is standard of the delivery process or if the driver should have waited for someone to answer the door. I have used “From You Flowers” a number of times for this area and never had this experience before. I debated even providing feedback, but I hope this helps for future recipients. Flower bouquet looks beautiful here in the photo, but unfortunately the roses were broken when they arrived. I will order from your company in the future because of the potential of the beauty of the flowers if they were not damaged before arrival. I'm heartbroken that I didn't get the chance to experience the arrangement's original beauty but the picture here does it justice.

The flowers were in good condition and the arrangement was pretty, but there were supposed to be 20 roses and there were only 12.

We paid extra to have flowers delivered by noon , which was important for Administrative Professionals Day. This didn't happen (delivered mid afternoon).

The flowers were beautiful, but the delivery driver was horrible. I live in a high-rise and I told him my apartment number and he said that he wasn't able to come upstairs and I told him I wasn't able to meet him downstairs so he said he was gonna return them. He ended up just leaving them with my doormat, but he was super rude.

The arrangement was beautiful. However, the florist left the vase and flowers on my front porch in the cold and pouring rain without any type of florist paper or plastic wrapped around them. When I called to complain I was told that they never wrap their arrangements and that I had approved of it being left. Yes, that was true because I was at a doctor appointment. However, I truly never expected an unwrapped arrangement or I would have rescheduled the delivery. I have received many fresh flowers in vase but never without floral paper wrapping.

The flowers are beautiful but they aren't what the picture shows. The picture is much fuller with flowers of various kinds. Mine is mostly bouquet filler flowers, a couple carnations and a rose.

I thought the color of the flowers were beautiful but I am very disappointed in the size I ordered the biggest on and it came and looks like the smallest you should change your pictures cause I did not get what the picture looked like.

Bouquet was tiny compared to what was ordered. But fresh and delivery was good, they took care not to leave in the cold.

Some flowers were dying blooms and petals falling apart. Very disappointed by the quality of flowers. I sent by friend a picture of the flowers she ordered so she would know not to use this service again. I am sure she paid big bucks for them.

Unfortunately, many of the flowers were bitten by the cold, including the leaves. I'm not sure if the driver had left them outside or what I wasn't home and I told him not to bring it or to try and leave it with a neighbor.

Both flower arrangements were delivered with “dead” flowers. So yeah wasn't really happy with the surprise valentines flowers I received or the replacement flowers. I took pictures of all the dead ones.

Felt like this is so much smaller than what I ordered/paid for. Was disappointed.
