Your picture looks much better than what I received! Actually unrecognizable! Since you asked, I will say I was very disappointed with the condition and arrangement of flowers. Some flowers weren't cut at the stems for better water absorption thus some greenery looked wilted; a few buds hanging off stems; stock had some dead blooms hanging out of vase at strange angle (which is not in this picture!) perhaps from being stuffed into vase with seemingly no attention to spacing, height or aesthetics. The roses have opened nicely as have the alstroemeria once I cut them and removed dying or crushed blooms and rearranged their placement. I removed some greenery that was crammed into vase suffocating flowers and looking terrible. I don't know my friend's budget, but the flowers could have been placed in a smaller vase with filler and some greenery to highlight the flowers. Sorry for the criticism, but you asked. The picture you show is perfectly acceptable, but was not what I received.

Replacement order was left outside, unwrapped right in front of the door so it couldn't be opened. Did not know it was coming.

Flowers were beautiful but unfortunately arrived when the party was over and all guests left. The friend who ordered the flowers was extremely upset that they had not arrived at the time they were promised. I felt badly that she was so disappointed.

The flower arrangement is nice. However, they were supposed to be delivered on the 19th. Delivery person texted me at 4 PM “on their way” and would not respond to future texts with their ETA. Flowers were delivered after we had gone to bed and were left outside overnight. Luckily it didn't freeze so they were not completely ruined. Poor communication from delivery company, not responding to requests for status or ETA. The delivery info sent to the sender of the arrangement said they were delivered at 6:30 PM, which is not true.

These were very cute but they came very late. The entire order was messed up. Overall, a bad experience, but the bouquet itself was cute, and as pictured. These were supposed to come Thursday, by 4 to my work. They did not. I was off Friday…and the re delivery came then. It was a random bouquet, not the ones above that were ordered for me. We got through to a company, and then they delivered the above Monday.

Unsatisfied. I ordered 12 dozen roses and the bouquet only came with 5 roses with no notification or partial refund offered. The delivery person was very kind and ensured flowers were received by correct person. However, Should have listened to the one star reviews before ordering.

The flowers were fresh and on the verge of opening. Unfortunately, the arrangement was smaller than the order and certainly not the upgraded one promised for the delivery delay (paid extra for a Friday delivery and received the following Monday). Delivery drama: I had received a text telling me that, because of the weather, they needed me to be home and take the roses directly. This was not a problem as I was home all day. The text stated that they would let me know when they were close. At 4:16 pm, I received a text that only said, "Hi." I responded when I returned from a short dog walk. I received no reply back. My husband, who ordered the flowers for our anniversary, received an email saying the flowers were "unable to deliver." He reached out to the national chain whom he had ordered from. They promised an apology and an upgraded arrangement. From my perspective, I didn't receive either. Our special day was ruined by this experience.

No notification of approx time of delivery on the 22nd; consequently, not home, flowers not delivered. Delivery rescheduled for the 24th, flowers not refreshed. The mums and alstroemeria were particularly sad.

The flowers arrived beautifully and is a very nice arrangements. However it's only been 2 days and there are 4 flowers dying from a large beautiful strangely in a vase. It must have been a very expensive arrangement for roses to die in the third day, sad.

Flowers were delivered without any kind of plastic or paper around them. My roses are already starting to brown on the edges. I have other plants that are drooping. I've only had a little over 24 hours. I shouldn't have any kind of problems like this not very happy very disappointed.

Flower arrangement was beautiful. However, delivery driver was very rude. I was unaware flowers were getting sent to my home and when she called me, I was confused and didn't know what was going on. I was trying to direct her to my apartment number and she got irritated and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Unfortunately my flowers that were taken in within an hour of delivery were mushy, and dying. There was no wrapping and they seemed overwatered that created the wilt, mush and discoloring. Honestly, these were for sympathy and so depressing I dumped them the next day. make sure

The flowers were lovely. If I could make a suggestion. Do not have the delivery driver (who did not speak English) reach out to the recipient of the "surprise flowers". I was the recipient and was confused as to who and why this person was texting and sending me a picture of the information. Also, once I was able to communicate through Google translate, I thanked the driver, but my partner was upset about the surprise being ruined. THEN there was no card until after our meal at the restaurant. That was the hostesses fault, but literally it was not a card. It was an advertisement for you with a sentiment from my partner added to it. To add to the disappointment, the box of chocolates was forgotten. My partner was given a partial refund, but the whole process was questionable. Will not be ordering from you in the future.

The flowers I ordered did not arrive. I ordered a small table topper with 2red candles. Very disappointed this was the first time I ordered from your company. My daughter was disappointed the flowers were for her.

I was very surprised and disappointed that my arrangement was not wrapped in anyway to protect from our extreme weather. It was just placed on my porch with no protection. Luckily I have a ring doorbell and I noticed it had arrived but this could have been a disaster. I usually am not a complainer but I think this review is warranted.

I've been a loyal FTD customer for many years. I was not happy with this experience. I'm happy to send pictures to support my feedback… But typically, a deluxe arrangement is more full looking (like the picture on the website). What my wife and daughter received was very sparse. This is just not the experience. I am accustomed to when I order from FTD.

Some flowers were broken off at the top of the flower. Was missing the little flowers that were shown in the picture online. Flowers lacked the luster that were shown on the picture online.

Unfortunately the bouquet I ordered did not get delivered as full as the picture shows for the deluxe bouquet. It was also missing one of the three types of flowers specified in the description and was not substituted for another one. The flowers were pretty, but I'm still sad about the lack of fullness for the price I paid.
