My mother specifically said I have a cat and there were three lilies in the bouquet. Fortunately, he did not ingest any, however, I had to throw the entire bouquet away to keep him from dying. The bouquet was beautiful, but overlooking that could have been deadly for my pet.

Most of the roses were brown on the inside. The ones that weren't brown, started to open and then fell apart and died. The one of the two large mums was broken in half and fell apart. The purple Peruvian lilies, had half of them broken. The purple filler flowers after one day, bent over and broke and had to be thrown in the garbage as well. The purple moms have yet to open. So more than half of the arrangement has been thrown in the garbage. by the end of the second day. The delivery person did not wait for somebody to come to the door, just rang the bell and left the arrangement out in the extreme heat. I have never dealt with such an incompetent florist before. Nor have I ever ever dealt with a florist that sent roses that started out brown and that fell apart so soon. These were replacements and clearly this florist does not deal with quality flowers. a total waste of money for the person that had them sent to me. I even re-cut the stems and put fresh water in the vase. The photo that you are showing does not accurately represent the arrangement.

The wrong Arrangement was delivered.. Funeral is finished. No need for replacement. Please refund the sender.

No one called about the delivery & my flowers were left on the front steps, in the sun with out any protection. The flowers were droupy & started losing pedals. My sister in said she had ordered a yellow vase. Overall very disappointed

You delivered the wrong flowers to me. And I was out of town!

The flowers were initially beautiful however we were out of town when delivered. I tresponded to text saying to deliver to our neighbors on Harding, as it read they would not leave on our porch due to heat. We came home to them delivered anyway to our home. The beautiful white roses became brown within a day or two. Very disappointed It was so beautiful but did not last.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered by 12 and they didn't get delivered until almost 4pm. The white roses have also already started to rot and look horrible only 2 days after delivery!

They were no what we Ordered.

This was Far from what I ordered I was very disappointed. My wife deserved better and I ordered a beautiful arrangement it messed up the entire experience. I have to make it up to her

I wasn't happy with my flowers. They had a LOT of leaves as fillers. Worst of all the glass vase was left outside my door on the concrete of my home AND it was toppled over.

I never got my delivery on time and my fiance had paid extra money for the delivery to be early

The flowers were left outside my front door. They started to wilt the next day. Three days later, they are completely wilted.

Awful experience, delivered to the wrong address and no response when I asked for it to be delivered to the correct address. The directions stated the arrangement cannot be left outside but yet they left it outside and at the incorrect address.

The flowers did not look very much like what was shown on the website. I was also promised that they would have been there by 12 because I ordered about a month prior and they didn't show up until 8 pm. I received no texts telling me any information and I had to contact customer service to find out. I contacted them the first time and it said I would receive an email or text when they heard something but never did. The website showed that they were delivered but they were not delivered until later.

Definitely will not be ordering again, I ordered the Delux package and the flowers are nowhere near close to the photo online pretty disappointing for 75$

I thought they were terrible for what I paid. I've ordered a lot of flowers through FTD and these were unimpressive. So disappointing.

Very disappointed. They look nothing like the flowers we picked out and for the amount of money my dad was charged. Her flowers looked like they are already dying
