Horrible never arrived never use your business establishment ever again

Roses had yellow Very underwhelming for 100$

I have not had these flowers a week yet, only 4 days and they are withering and dying. I've watered them and put them near a window for light and they are wilted and falling apart. They were a gift from a friend of mine and I'm so sad.

The flower arrangement was pretty but some of the flowers were wilted from the cold. The arrangement was not delivered until about 6 pm. It was a gift that was supposed to be delivered in the morning. So it was very disappointing and not good customer service. I would not recommend your florist

I was very happy with the time frame of the delivery. Unfortunately, the way the flowers were handled by your driver was extremely disappointing. The way they were handled was extremely poor as we watched one of the flowers being removed from the rest of the bouquet as the vase was roughly placed on our concrete doorstep. For the price that was paid for these flowers I would have expected them to last longer. We already have that rose dying another two dying as well. So, unfortunately I am not very happy with the product or delivery service provided.

It was so sweet that my boyfriend had flowers sent to my job for my birthday! Now… the presentation was absolutely horrible. The roses were literally just thrown in a vase, they looked like they were old, and on their last day. He was very disappointed that the flowers looked the way they did. I also had a friend drop off flowers that once I got home and unwrapped them they opened up nicely. The roses never opened up and were turning a dark color by the following day. I will at least give you the one start for delivery the flowers at the time requested.

Terrible: I was contacted at 11:45 am you were in your way. I waited and you arrived at 5:30 The few roses are dead in less than 3 days. The vase had partial water. When it arrived. Some of the flowers did not have water for however long it was. I will not recommend your company.

No it was not what I ordered and it was very important that there were sunflowers in the bouquet You literally sent what ever you had I wasted my money It was so upsetting Will not use this company again

Terrible. Not at all what my husband ordered for me. He showed me the deluxe version which was beautiful and had zero cheap carnations. What I got was pretty disappointing and the flowers died in about 4 days. I've had flowers from Jewel last for two weeks.

The flower arrangement itself was wonderful. Id give 5 for that. But, Im not able to enjoy them. Not sure when these where delivered yesterday but when we saw them (about 2pm) they where frozen

Flowers were delivered 2 days ago and they already died.I contacted the person who sent them to me and he called to complain. I suppose to get new flowers delivered today.

The delivery was terrible. The delivery person did not ring the bell, just left the vase inside the fence. As I had no idea there was a delivery made, the flowers froze in the below zero temperatures. The sender's money was wasted. Zero stars

I never get the flowers ordered here. Delivery guy failed to deliver them as I wasn't home. They said they reschedule to the next day but no one contacted me and I didn't get them at all.

Flowers looked cheap & not at all what I ordered, delivery was late despite paying more to have them delivered to the house & the delivery person would not leave them for the recipient so it didnt even arrive! Awful service!

These were for a sympathy ~ I am very dissatisfied with the arrangement design along with the brown on all of the roses?. Not happy at all....very embarrassed!!!

When I received my flower arrangement it looked nothing like what's in this photo. I called and spoke with Salma - I also informed her when the delivered they were placed on the top cement stair without any covered protection from the cold and the delivery person didn't even ring the bell - I also expressed my disappointment that the arrangement didn't look professionally done at all - everything was just shoved and crowed in the vase and the ribbon looked horrible. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the arrangement. Salma was very professional when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was asked to send photos - which I did the following evening - as if this survey I have not received a response to that email.

FLOWERS WERE LEFT ON STAIRS, NOT PORCH. AND EVEN WORSE. UNCOVERED. IN CHICAGO.

Arrangement is beautiful but arrived without any water. I was out of town and my husband received but was not aware there was no water in the arrangement. By the time I arrived home the next morning the flowers were all wilted. I cut the stems and added water but the damage was done ☹️. I have never received flowers without water.

While these are very beautiful they come no where near what I had ordered. This is all carnations. What I thought I was getting was supposed to be red roses and red mini carnations. The only thing that resembles what I thought I was ordering is the shape. I urge you to have your designers read the description and look at the picture from the website that the order came from.

Flowers were ordered to be delivered on Sunday once we got home from the holiday. Instead they attempted to deliver them on Saturday when we were out of town, then didn't try to deliver them Sunday and tried to deliver on Monday while my wife and I were both at work. They should have been delivered on the stated day, and we never got the flowers.

No, died right away. They were supposed to arrive a week earlier with a card. No card. Would not tell me who they were from.
