The flowers arrangement looks nothing like the flower online and it's not as pretty.

Sadly, we never received the flowers. I got a text on Feb 19 identified as MCSHAN FLORIST in Melrose Park. As we were out of the country on vacation, and the text looked suspicious, I googled the florist name and didn't find one in Melrose Park. I assumed it was a scam, and did not reply to the text. The flowers were eventually found dead on the porch by the neighborhhood boy who came to shovel our driveway while we were away. The arrangement was not supposed to be left outside.

The flowers my friend received looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered…. I ordered the “premium” version with pastel roses and no carnations were pictured anywhere. She received a small arrangement with minimal roses that look to be dyed, lots of leaf filler, carnations, and told me some were dying on the side already. They resent some that also looked even less like what I ordered and I'm just confused why the order was accepted if the flowers pictured, or anything close, is not available. I'm not one to leave reviews but I called & they said they would not refund me, but would send the correct one….. but then got something even more different. Just confused & frustrated.

Wrong flowers were delivered. The carnations looked frozen. They were in the man's trunk. Flowers arrived at 8pm after text came around 3 they would be there in a bit.

Flowers for anniversary were TWO DAYS LATE! Ordered on Feb. 13 (Valentine's Day order was days late as well), was supposed to arrive on Friday, Feb. 27, they evidently arrived on Sunday, Feb. 29 after 8pm.

I love the thought of my daughter having flowers delivered but the delivery part was was awful, they showed up 1.5 hours after my daughter put that my job closed so I waited in my car for them and missed my dinner plans. At one point my daughter called me and said I see you got them because she had something saying they were delivered and I still hadn't gotten them so she made a phone call. 30 min later the lady came flying up almost hit my car and took the flowers out of a crammed trunk and handed them to me. The flowers were wilted and smashed, and absolutely no water in the vase. I just told my daughter they were beautiful because she was heart broken because she is away at college and couldn't come home for my birthday as planned. My husband and daughter both called the place that these were ordered from because all I wanted to know was since she got something saying delivered should I just go home and the person on the phone argued with them that there was a picture of them placed inside on a table and basically called them a lier even though my husband kept saying I locked the doors a 4 there is no way, when the flowers came and I called him he merged me into the call she first told me that wasn't possible then said so you got them is there anything else. No apology for me sitting in the car for 1.5 hours, she did not even apologize because obviously they were delivered to the wrong place and had to be picked up and brought to us, nothing. We will never be using you again as we told my daughter the same. If I could leave no stars I would because in the end what really should have made someone happy ended costing me my dinner plans with friends for my birthday because as I told my daughter either I was waiting or she was getting her money back.(I did get a text saying I could make arrangements because they were running late for it to go to a neighbor but I work in a industrial area and everyone was already gone till Monday so that wasn't a option)

I would have expected more for your top option. The picture online vs the flowers that were delivered were not comparable at all. Disappointed

The flowers in general were okay; Im not sure why there were so many tightly closed lilies used as they did not open. Arrangement did not look like what was ordered.

Nobody contacted me all day ling even if I paid for early delivery! Person who brought the “executive” bouquet entered the Macys and left it somewhere on lower level on a register at 4.20 pm!! I was forced to run from register to register ro find where it was delivered!:(((When I saw the “ executive” bouquet for which I paid 112 USD…I was mire than disappointed!!!!!! It was something cheap with a few flowers without water a low value and ugly, without water in vase!:(( I didn't offer something like that bouquet to my manager!!! And…nobody contacted me all day long until 4.20 when it was delivered even if I wanted so much to receive before 1 pm:((( I am wondering if I was ordered standard WHAT I would receive!! Terrible experience!

Hi. The arrangement did not arrive looking like the photo and some of the flowers were either dying or dead. The sender reached out and was promised a new delivery for the following day that never arrived.

Flowers were diseased and were completely sagging by day 2. I notified DBG Flowers about this and had email exchanges about replacement flowers that were supposed to arrive by EOD on the 17th. NO REPLACEMENT FLOWERS HAVE ARRIVED! MY FIANCÉ AND I ARE VERY UPSET AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM DBG AGAIN. WE ARE ALSO GOING ONLINE AND TO WRITE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY WHO SENT BAD FLOWERS AND SAID THEY WERE REPLACING THEM BUT DID NOT!

Delivery not good! Never rang my buzzer I was home. And they left by the heat so by the time I got them all the purple flowers were dead with some of the roses.

No! They were only a day old and they look like they are a week old, pedals falling off and many are dying. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.

Just tell people, " we are busy and delivery time is uncertain. Don't have people waiting and making excuses. I don't fault the hard working driver. Your system sucks.
