The purple flowers were dead when they arrived. That was a stand out part of the arrangement. I know my daughter sent them and it cost her too much. That was so disappointing and made the entire arrangement seem cheap. Then the roses had brown petals . Why do that. People are short on money! At least use fresh flowers. I will say this in a Google review u less you refund her money. Woukd you be happy and proud you sent this?!

Horrible presentation!! For the price I paid I was very disappointed! I will never order from them again! The delivery person was so rude when she called me because she couldn't find my apartment that I hung up on her! My order came unwrapped, unboxed, just a vase with flowers in it!! Yall could do better!

My order was left at the wrong house, the driver wanted me to go pick it up at the wrong house he had left it at. My order did not look anything like the one in the pictures and the balloons were supposed to be happy birthday helium balloons and instead I received the small balloons that said thinking of you. Be careful when creating orders and with your drivers.

Roses had limp heads the second day! I checked to make sure the water was fresh and all stems still in the water and confirmed there was no reason for them to be limp if they were fresh. Consequently very disappointed with the arrangement. Frankly you should replace the whole arrangement with fresh roses! Really sad.

The flowers would have been very nice, however they were left outside not covered Or boxed in 95+ degrees temperature. By the time I got home they were very wilted and some dying.

I unfortunately never received this order and had to have the order refunded. They were supposed to be for my mom's birthday so I had nothing to give her. I won't be using this company again.

Flowers were wilted some were broken. Lillies were hardly in the arrangement and the ones that were actually in there were small and pitiful looking. Overall was a terrible bouquet. Embarrassing as a gift. I had to redo the bouquet myself to make it somewhat presentable but I couldn't work a miracle.

The bouquet of flowers was nothing like what the picture was from 1-800-flowers.ordered at 7:30 am and arrived 6:30 pm for my birthday. Very disappointing bouquet

I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately they were delivered at 8pm on our special day and had begun to wilt.

Flowers were NOTHING like what was ordered! I've reached out a few times with photos and my concerns and nothing has been resolved yet. First, I received an alert from my CC because name and location of company was in LA, 2nd flowers were delivered a day later, 3rd flowers were left at the door when they were home and last they looked away nothing like what I ordered for over $100 looked like they stopped at grocery store and picked up some flowers. Just not happy!

Unfortunately, the delivery arrived after I had already left work. My husband was not informed of the expected delivery time; otherwise, he would have contacted your business to make sure the flowers were delivered while I was still there. He was upset because he had been waiting all day for my reaction, only to find out that I never received them. I have never received flowers at a workplace that were delivered as late as 5:00 p.m. Part of the purpose of sending flowers to someone at work is for them to be able to enjoy the arrangement throughout the day and for others to see and appreciate the beautiful gesture as well. Instead, they were delivered right at closing time, after I had already left. Delivering flowers to a workplace at closing time simply does not make sense and unfortunately took away from the experience and intention behind the delivery. Needless to say, I don't think my husband will be purchasing from your business in the future.

I wish I could give zero stars. It was a piece of junk. The leaves were brown and one of the roses popped off as I moved it from my front steps to inside my house. All of the flowers were wilted as if the arrangement was already 5 days old. Absolutely awful. I've never received such a horrible arrangement before that I know my aunt spent a fortune on. You are the worst florist I've ever seen. Your company is a complete scam and you shouldn't be in business

I find it interesting you didn't ask about the first delivery. The delivery where all of the roses were fully open. The bouquet I received on Sunday (8/2/26 my birthday) and by Thursday (8/6/26) all the pedals had fallen off, and the flowers were dead. Same goes for the second bouquet I received Monday (8/3/26) it smelled funny and also died within a few days. The message my children sent was partially written. So here's the 1 star for your flower arrangement and flimsy business practices, if I could've given you less I would have. This arrangement is what I should have received day one. I personally, would NEVER use your business to deliver a piece of gum, but thank you for reaching out. Oh and I will be sending a copy of this messaget to my daughter. Who's money you took and thought this was going to compensate for your subpar products. AJ

You need to have water in the container before you deliver the flowers!

Flowers are not long lasting.

The flowers did not look like the picture that I ordered. I understand some variations, but what was delivered were bare and chintzy. I ordered the deluxe and there is no way that was a deluxe bouquet. The balloons were also not like what was pictured. I understand there are variations with that as well, but they had barely any color in all 3 of them and were mostly off white/beige in color. They were not good birthday balloons at all. Also, the delivery was late. The office was open 9-5 and they weren't delivered to around 7:00ish. Luckily, someone was there to let the delivery driver inside. I was horribly disappointed in this order and will not be ordering again. It was a complete waste of money and they were a lot of money.

My friend Vernon ordered online a beautiful red flowers and sent them to my home for my Birthday. He bought them here after doing a research because it showed as a good one. However, I received a different arrangement. He added extra roses too but the one I received came in a different base, with only a few old roses, poor quality and taste, but they delivered cheaper and different arrangements. Also, They don't refund the money or do anything for the inconvenience. I definitely not recommend this place.

Delivered 1 day late, minus 2 roses (18 ordered, 16 received). Flowers were old and already dropping petals. Very disappointed and do not recommend this florist.

Sorry but most of them were dead not very good. I watered them right away but they went in the trash about 2 days later. I hated to do it. But they just did not show up fresh. The bumblebee was very cute! Sorry for the bad review about the flowers. I get them all the time for one thing or another. This is truly my first bad review.

I ordered the large floral harmony bouquet on Ava's flowers website. I am extremely disappointed with my order. The flowers I received looked nothing like the arrangement advertised on the website. The product was misleading and did not meet the expectations set by the photos. I understand that minor variations can happen, but this was a completely different arrangement. I feel that I did not receive what I paid for, and this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better quality and honesty in your advertising.
