The flowers were almost a month late.

I never received these flowers!

The first arrangement that I received was very scarce with the flowers, mostly greens! I received a replacement one which was a tad bit better but still lacking flowers. U need to follow the amount of flowers as shown in the pictures or charge less if u don't have enough flowers for an order. Not so pleased with your arrangements as they r lacking flowers and flowers r wilted too. I need to use higher quality of flowers .

Flowers were old

Delivery was not delivered by noon as ordered. Paid extra for that time of delivery. Did not get delivered until after 5 pm! We're not wrapped just in a vase. Very poor review

I never received my order, there was no phone call, and no picture for delivery

I never got my flowers. If those were them they look terrible and nothing like the picture I was supposed to get! I would leave zero stars

The flores look like u bought at Walgreens and bought the vest at a dollar store.. not even a red ribbon so disappointing

The flowers were placed in a general location within a corporate building with food orders. They were just left there with no type of covering, just flowers in a vase. There was an actual floor listed on the delivery so that they could be delivered to an actual person. Thankfully no one stole the flowers.

Disappointed in quality of flowers. The white mums were wilty and 2 out of the four pink roses had lots of spots on them. One already crashed.

They did not call the right person and lied about it being the wrong address. I would never recommend.

Flowers were never delivered!!!

The flowers were pretty, but the vase was overstuffed. The flowers died within three days of delivery even with upkeep one of the worst conditions of flowers

The bouquet was underwhelming. I know costs are associated with the 3rd party however, disappointing that I flower shop would ever send fake flowers. I spent the money plus delivery with the expectation that I'd be at least getting real flowers and not a bunch of plastic sprinkled in to make the bouquet stretch

The purple flowers were dead when they arrived. That was a stand out part of the arrangement. I know my daughter sent them and it cost her too much. That was so disappointing and made the entire arrangement seem cheap. Then the roses had brown petals . Why do that. People are short on money! At least use fresh flowers. I will say this in a Google review u less you refund her money. Woukd you be happy and proud you sent this?!

Horrible presentation!! For the price I paid I was very disappointed! I will never order from them again! The delivery person was so rude when she called me because she couldn't find my apartment that I hung up on her! My order came unwrapped, unboxed, just a vase with flowers in it!! Yall could do better!

My order was left at the wrong house, the driver wanted me to go pick it up at the wrong house he had left it at. My order did not look anything like the one in the pictures and the balloons were supposed to be happy birthday helium balloons and instead I received the small balloons that said thinking of you. Be careful when creating orders and with your drivers.

Roses had limp heads the second day! I checked to make sure the water was fresh and all stems still in the water and confirmed there was no reason for them to be limp if they were fresh. Consequently very disappointed with the arrangement. Frankly you should replace the whole arrangement with fresh roses! Really sad.

The flowers would have been very nice, however they were left outside not covered Or boxed in 95+ degrees temperature. By the time I got home they were very wilted and some dying.

I unfortunately never received this order and had to have the order refunded. They were supposed to be for my mom's birthday so I had nothing to give her. I won't be using this company again.

Flowers were wilted some were broken. Lillies were hardly in the arrangement and the ones that were actually in there were small and pitiful looking. Overall was a terrible bouquet. Embarrassing as a gift. I had to redo the bouquet myself to make it somewhat presentable but I couldn't work a miracle.

The bouquet of flowers was nothing like what the picture was from 1-800-flowers.ordered at 7:30 am and arrived 6:30 pm for my birthday. Very disappointing bouquet

I did not get any flowers can u reimburse the person and let me know who sent them 312-852-3498

I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately they were delivered at 8pm on our special day and had begun to wilt.

I never received them.
