The flowers were beautiful however my friend sent them to me for condolences for my grandmother's death and I've now received multiple text messages from the company asking for reviews which is highly inappropriate.

I am the sender. The bouquet didn't look like the website picture and the customer service was slow and unhelpful. But ordering Wednesday for a surprise Friday delivery was nice.

The flower arrangement that I received was lovely -- with a fresh and attractive color palette. I also appreciated the attention to getting the correct delivery address. Our location can be a little tricky. Thank you!

Ordered same day delivery. Unfortunately it was delivered the next day. Celebration was over when flowers arrived.

The arrangement is quite lovely and full. I like the color variations of pink lavender and purple.

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately your arrangement was not fresh. I say that based on my experience as a florist. The Sunflowers were wilted and some of the other flowers were also wilted. The colors were beautiful! Unfortunately, some of the small sunflowers just shriveled and browned within one day.

Absolutely loved the arrangement.

My wife informs me that the roses in the arrangement were old and the rest of the flowers were very cheap. Definitely not up to what I expect ordering from 1800Flowers. Very, very disappointed.

Very beautiful bouquet. Just what l would have picked myself. I liked that the driver let me know he was coming so l was home to receive the flowers. So important in December!
