We ordered these flowers through an online service that outsources to local florist shops. I ordered these flowers for my husband the day before we got married and the service was wonderful. They communicated before hand and after delivery for peace of mind and most importantly, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Three days later, they still look absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful, fresh, and probably the most fragrant flowers I've received in a long time. Packaged so nicely as well!

The flowers are beautiful! The green filler pieces are not. Quite a few were wilted or old and should not have been used.

Changes made big difference! Are This is my third delivery from this florist. My other two experiences were extremely disappointing so I was nervous to see they were handling this order. There was a slight issue, but I actually received a call back and Ashley resolved it right away, and I have to say the flowers were gorgeous! She told me they have made some changes to improve quality and customer service, and it was obvious! 4 days later and flowers still look great. I will definitely trust them with another order.

The leaves were all droopy and wilted. There was no real design to the arrangement just flowers in a vase . Not one if the nicer arrangements I've gotten

Flowers are beautiful. They should be delivered with a protective cover in this weather, especially. Also, few of flowers were broken and I lost those. Otherwise colors, quality and arrangement was very nice.

The flowers look old, the roses are not opening and are brown on the edges and some of the flowers were dead on arrival. Someone sent me these and I think they should get their money back.

I was very disappointed! First , I stated I wanted red roses, carnations and greenery for a memorial.The representative suggested an arrangement that sounded good since I had no picture. I ordered a Premium arrangement for. $80 with a fee and tax, $104.00. What I got was an all white, thin arrangement with white roses, about 6 of them, a carnation was broke and a gapping hole. Maybe it fell over. It could have been bigger with more roses and flowers. I'm very sad. I have pictures of I can send them.
