The flower design arrangement was lovely. However, the flowers were of inferior quality, and even with water, were wilting in less than 12 hours. Not only were the roses dying, but the moms and other flowers were dying also. very very sad.

The flowers arrived beautifully and are very beautiful. But the roses unfortunately fade very quickly. I have received this arrangement before and for whatever reason the roses never last in even keeping them watered generously. Thank you Merry Christmas

I sent this to my friend and she said the arrangement she received is nice. But I wish I could post a picture here of what was ordered and what was received. Where are the pine cones- it's a holiday arrangement. And NO lilies as the prominent flower as shown online — there are six flowers or buds in the photo. If they are unavailable then the item should be removed as a choice. “See what I send” ? I see what I “ordered”.

The flowers are a huge disappointment! The arrangement was supposed to have a column candle not a taper which totally changed how often you can light the candle. When it was delivered, the flowers looked like they were not in good shape. A number of flowers were wilting the next day making the arrangement impossible to use!!

Ordered a large centerpiece and medium was delivered. Called 1-800-flowers and they assured me a large would be delivered on the 22nd. When the centerpiece was delivered it was the small. When I placed the order the candles were gold. When both were delivered the candles were red. This was supposed to something special for my daughter and her family bi was so disappointef

An amazing combination of flowers. The gnome vase is beautiful and I will be using it for years to come. The delivery service was top notch too! They texted me to let me know they were ten minutes out so I could collect my wonderful gift. Thank you for your amazing service!
