I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers on Valentine's Day and was disappointed by another flower shop. When I got my replacement from THIS flower shop everything was 100% better quality better flowers and they weren't wilting or dead AMAZING WORK. I will order from them directly in the future.

Flowers are beautiful, delivery person very courteous.

Flowers are always a beautiful and fun surprise to receive, but I was surprised they were not wrapped in anything on such a bitter cold day. I wouldn't call it an arrangement as much as a bunch of flowers in a vase.

I got 50 roses with no vase that my boyfriend ordered, they didn't even last a full week. Since the order was wrong he had the order redelivered and they only redelivered half of the order, 24 roses all different lengths. He called to say the order was wrong again and they only gave him 20% back when he's been ordering from you for years with no issues. You lost a customer

I was very disappointed as the wrong order was delivered. Please check my order again to see the item I wanted delivered.

Unfortunately, many of the flowers were bitten by the cold, including the leaves. I'm not sure if the driver had left them outside or what I wasn't home and I told him not to bring it or to try and leave it with a neighbor.

The flowers are beautiful. However, the service was horrible. The flowers was supposed to be delivered Friday February 14th, valentine's day. But the flowers weren't delivered until Tuesday February 18th.

The flowers were sent as a gift from me to Tracy Finn. The flowers are lovely, and the communication from the delivery driver at the time of delivery was much appreciated. Also appreciated is your care for your client's satisfaction. Excellent experience overall! Thank you!

Beautiful and great delivery confirmation. Sad I got a bouquet that the other half didn't bloom. Only the roses Were open. Boyfriend was upset
