Beautiful arrangement. I was genuinely in shock when they replaced my original flower. I wasn't expecting that at all. The replacement was absolutely beautiful, and the delivery person stayed in constant contact, keeping me updated the entire time. Such a wonderful experience.

I am the one who ordered and paid, to Lorri a get well message . Very disappointed the flowers were late. Did not get same-day delivery. They were supposed to go out on Sunday. They went out on. They were supposed to go on Friday. Excuse me and they got there on Monday. Second thing is the flowers were wilted and not bouquet very disappointed in the service. I was promised a replacement order as soon as it was sent from the wholesaler I believe they said so no very disappointed flowers were painful delivery address was correct. They called several times because they said they had the wrong phone number but they were getting a hold of me said they had the wrong phone number, but they called me on the number that they had and they got me so I don't know what that message was about most upsetting Lisa Throw

With zero temperatures on January 26th I was surprised when I received the delivered flowers that there was no paper protecting the flowers from the cold.

Flowers were really nice, some died after a day but I think this was due to the cold, so I trimmed it up and they still looked pretty.

The flowers are very pretty. Except you pit my twin sisters first name instead of mine. Peggy instead of Pam.

I was informed that they were going to call when they arrive but I didn't get any and they left the flowers outside freezing. I responded to the text message they sent for them to let me know their ETA so that I could adjust my schedule and go home for me to receive the delivery but nothing. Left the flowers outside and it wilted.

No notification of approx time of delivery on the 22nd; consequently, not home, flowers not delivered. Delivery rescheduled for the 24th, flowers not refreshed. The mums and alstroemeria were particularly sad.

I ordered the Teleflora's Victorian TeaCup bouquet for my dear friend for her birthday. The picture in the website looks very different from the flower arrangement that was received. However, my friend liked the flower arrangement that was received. Hence, I can give 4 stars.
