These were lovely. They were sent by my sister to my husband Wallace. Unfortunately, he died on the day that they were to be delivered. She tried to get the delivery changed to our home but was unsuccessful.

The bouquet is excellently beautiful! I love the combination of pink and lavender. The vase is lovely. The delivery was so close to my front door in below freezing weather I could not open the door w/o grabbing the flowers roughly to retrieve. The flowers in the left of photo did not survive the cold.

They were delivered a day late but the lilies are opening and beautiful!Love the greens and white.

The flower arrangement itself was wonderful. Id give 5 for that. But, Im not able to enjoy them. Not sure when these where delivered yesterday but when we saw them (about 2pm) they where frozen

Arrangement was pretty, but I was out of town and when my son got them on the second delivery there was hardly enough water in the vase. Small white roses were already wilted.

Exceptional communication I was made aware when the flowers were on their way and there were no problems with the Doorman as a result. Keep up the good work and thank you for notifying me that flowers were on the way. I receive some flowers on Saturday from pro flowers which just sat in the Receiving Room for 2 1/2 days and spoiled. Keep up the good work.

The flowers were lovely. If I could make a suggestion. Do not have the delivery driver (who did not speak English) reach out to the recipient of the "surprise flowers". I was the recipient and was confused as to who and why this person was texting and sending me a picture of the information. Also, once I was able to communicate through Google translate, I thanked the driver, but my partner was upset about the surprise being ruined. THEN there was no card until after our meal at the restaurant. That was the hostesses fault, but literally it was not a card. It was an advertisement for you with a sentiment from my partner added to it. To add to the disappointment, the box of chocolates was forgotten. My partner was given a partial refund, but the whole process was questionable. Will not be ordering from you in the future.
