Flowers were beautiful and healthy! Thank you!

The flower arrangement was beautiful but the flowers looked a little dried out as if they were arranged and then delivered a few days later.

The flowers themselves were beautiful! However, the delivery was not ideal. We had to run out at the time of the delivery, so I let the delivery person know to leave the flowers in the porch and that the screen door would be unlocked to do so. On top of that, we left a note on the front door saying ‘please put flowers inside', yet the flowers were still left in the front yard on a layer of bricks. You can even see the note we left on the door in the background of one of the pictures the delivery person sent for proof of delivery. Overall not a huge deal but we would have loved for the flowers to have been put somewhere safe while we were away from the house.

The bouquet did not have a lot of flowers and was just filled with wild grass, was not pleased. Also, this is not what my aunt had ordered. I would have been more pleased if I received what was expected. Also, disappointed with the service and delivery, came three days late.

I ordered this arrangement for my much adored aunt for her birthday and upcoming Mother's Day. They were delivered with care and I was made aware of their placement for transport to their delivery. I greatly appreciated this. My aunt was very pleased!

Good job. Although I had to call when they weren't delivered the first day. I'm assuming a simple reason. I'm satisfied. Will use again. The only thing that is a bit of a problem. It was very difficult talking with customer service due to heavy accent. The representative was polite. Not his fault just a thick accent.

The arrangement was beautiful BUT I would like there to be an option on the 1-800-FLOWERS site to choose the flower colors. I ordered this arrangement for my daughter for nurses day & I wanted more of a pastel/pink flower colors scheme. Delivery was GREAT. The driver notified me via text that she was on her was which was truly appreciated.
