Chicago Flower Delivery, Melrose Park, IL - Customer Flower Reviews

I never get the flowers ordered here. Delivery guy failed to deliver them as I wasn't home. They said they reschedule to the next day but no one contacted me and I didn't get them at all.

I never got my flowers

The white roses and red carnations are beautiful...however the other flowers used as fill in were dead when the arrangement arrived. The delivery man was great. He rang bell and when I didn't answer he called me. I wasn't home and he gave me time to call a neighbor and he dropped the flowers off at their house.

Beautiful! And the person who delivered it made sure we got them by dropping them off at the neighbor when we were not home. He was very nice.

Gorgeous arrangement and vase. Has lasted 5 days and still going strong.

Flowers looked cheap & not at all what I ordered, delivery was late despite paying more to have them delivered to the house & the delivery person would not leave them for the recipient so it didnt even arrive! Awful service!

The flowers look amazing! My wife loves them. The delivery service was also great. The delivery man texted me prior delivery ensuring I was home so that the flowers did not wilt in the extreme cold.

Absolutely Beautiful! To be remembered by my children with such a perfect arrangement was a true delight! Recommend for any occasion!

I liked them but i feel.that they should not have left them outside in the frezzy cold.

The flower arrangement is beautiful. Flowers very fresh. I was happy that I saw the text for when they were to be delivered. I requested a later delivery time and that was not a problem.

These were for a sympathy ~ I am very dissatisfied with the arrangement design along with the brown on all of the roses?. Not happy at all....very embarrassed!!!

It was very cold. Driver texted to be sure he could get flowers inside. They are beautiful.

The roses did not last long this time, they are ‘nodding' after a few days. I used to get fabulous roses that lasted way past a week time, same florist I assumed, Ashland?

They were awesome - just like the pic I ordered from on FOR YOU FLOWERS! They went to a retired floral designer who raved about them! Only glitch was driver finding the address - don't know where he got the address but it was wrong! I had to phone him several times.
