The delivery person was kind and thorough. He told me where he was from, and confirmed the delivery address. Because of his professional manner, I knew the call was legitimate, which set my mind at ease.

The flowers were delivered with NO covering on them whatsoever. It was approximately 25* outside. When I asked the delivery person why they weren't covered she simply said “no speak English” and walked away. As soon as I got the flowers in the house the smaller ones wilted.

Great arrangement and will use you again. HOWEVER YOUR online service needs revamped. Very difficult to use. If you want to sell make it easier for potential buyers. Very confusing the way it is set up. Make easier for clients to buy.

I paid for the premium arrangement which showed about 25 total flowers in the arrangement, and they sent it looks like the standard one. I sent it to my girlfriend, it looked very cheap and it was an embarrassment, i got ripped off i will never order from you again

Not at all the product that I ordered. A second bouquet was sent to replace the first, and it too was nowhere near what we had ordered. By the way, these were flowers for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary. From what I understand I'm getting a 30% refund.

The purple ones as well as the more peachy colored ones were wilted immediately and never appeared vibrant or healthy. Very disappointed since I couldn't enjoy their full beauty. It's a shame because they could have looked incredible.

I paid 80 bucks for a plant with little flowers it wasn't even big more like 6 in width next time I'll buy it at my local flower shop and not go online to buy something my local flower shop would have given me something amazing
