I ordered through 1-800-Flowers and the delivery was very smooth. I chose an arrangement that was available for same day delivery. These were for my grandmother and she lit up when she received them. The delivery person brought them all the way to her room at the assisted living facility where she lives. I said that they could have left them with a nurse, so they went above and beyond. I also appreciated the text updates with a photo of them being delivered since I live in a different state and my grandma cannot text pictures. 5/5 experience.

The arrangement looks very unprofessional , like they just stuck flowers in a vase no reel arrangement I personally wouldn't order anything from them ever!😡

Flowers are beautiful! I received a text re: the weather and to make sure someone could receive the flowers. Very considerate! I am impressed by their service and would use them again for sure

Although the floral arrangement was nice, it looks not even close to the arrangement I ordered through 1-800-flowers. Maybe one of the flowers was the same but nothing else was.

Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with this order. Whoever delivered it did not handle with care. The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. Not to mention some of the flowers stems arrived broken.

The driver was courteous enough to make sure I was home so the flowers would be perfect. The flowers were gorgeous. The stems were erect and stood up nice. And the vase was adorable. Truly enjoyed them

Very disappointed!! Looked NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered from telefora. Too many leaves and the smaller roses that were supposed to be included were missing. Floral height not staggered. This looks like an arrangement I could've made at Jewel. Maybe pay attention to the actual photo of the arrangement ordered. This is nothing more than roses shoved in a vase. I asked teleflora for an arrangement. I had to actually go to another florist and pick out beautiful long stem roses for a decent arrangement.
