The flower arrangement was pretty as above, but was left on my doorstep with no box or protective covering from the extreme heat. I did not receive a call before the delivery so that I would be expecting it and could bring it inside when it arrived. The water in the vase was hot and flowers were starting to wilt.

No one called about the delivery & my flowers were left on the front steps, in the sun with out any protection. The flowers were droupy & started losing pedals. My sister in said she had ordered a yellow vase. Overall very disappointed

The flowers would've been pretty, had the delivery person follow the instructions. I was disappointed with the replacements, as each one was downgraded in the amount and type of flowers that were in them. I did appreciate, however, the promptness of the replacements and the willingness to correct the situation immediately. I would order from you again based on your customer service. I would recommend you use different delivery people. I feel that the current delivery system you have in place is costing you money that need not be spent.
