If the above picture is what was delivered, I am highly disappointed. This is not what the original picture of the flowers I ordered looked like. Looks like something I could have purchased at the grocery store. Sorry to sound rude, but for the price I paid I expected much more.

It was a beautiful arrangement very fresh and full , The flower stems were stripped properly so there was no fouling of the water it was delivered 3 days ago and looks like it has at least five days to display the roses were not buds or bloomed but perfect for immediate display.

You guys dropped the flowers in the back porch, recipient did, not find out 2 days later. Missing a box of chocolates and greeting cards. Terrible job very unprofessional.
