These are beautiful flowers, but I never received them. However after a complaint, 1800flowers was willing to refund the amount and give a pass to try them again.

The flowers were delivered and since I was not home, delivery guy decided to open my door and leave them inside, they flowers look store bought and not like a bouquet, the water was already dirty like if they were old flowers.. poor quality, my boyfriend included a balloon and payed for it and was not included. Terrible service. Would not use again

Flowers were beautiful and fresh. The birthday candles vase is exception. It is so pretty. The picture doesn't do it justice. My favorite vase ever!
