Delivery driver was a bit interesting and the flowers weren't wrapped when delivered but I'm not sure if that's how this company does it? Other companies usually are boxed/covered

The flowers were cancelled due to they were late but yet still arrived 5 hours late and they definitely did not look like this upon arrival. The greenery was not there and the flowers looked very bare and flimsy.
