The flowers are beautiful but the vase should be deeper the flowers want to fall out or not staying in the water

As you can see from the photo, most of these flowers were not fresh/were dead when I received them. I also called the number on the tag provided to verify the name of the sender. No one picked up the phone. I left a voicemail and no one called me back.
