The flowers I received are are perfectly beautiful! Roses and lilies bursting with freshness; can't wait till the lillies open fully and overflow the vase. The fillers are equally fresh and a perfect choice. The ribbon around the vase is disappointing. Either upgrade and tie a nice bow or eliminate altogether.

The arrangement was beautiful but it must have been made with old flowers as the carnations and white roses were wilted and dead in 4 days.

They were large then the picture but the petals were falling off.

Really disappointed. This was a birthday delivery, and some of the flowers look like they were on their last leg. Dried out, the roses looked a bit tattered, and the edges were frayed. The order was purchased through 1800 flowers and I did take it up with them, and they assured me another bouquet would be sent. Considering the cost, more care should've been taken.

Thank you so much for the adorable kitty arrangement!! The flowers were loved & brought so much happiness!! The florist made it exactly how it was pictured, & the delivery was fast, the driver was communicating with me all the way! It was a great experience & made me so happy that my person was filled with such happiness from the flowers!!!

That's not the picture of the flowers I have for 87 plus dollars horrible the balloon deflated. Will never order again. They looked old.

Because the flowers were too many packed into a vase, it was difficult to see how beautiful they are. I rearranged and edited a bit, now u can see their beauty

The arrangement was pretty, and the communication was good. But nowhere was it disclosed that the flowers would not be boxed or protected.

The arrangement is very beautiful. I wasn't home when he tried to deliver them. He tried again later and refused to just leave them on the porch because it was so cold outside that it would ruin the flowers. When I got home, he delivered the beautiful flowers, no harm to them. Thank you for being so conscientious!
