The flowers were nice, but the pink roses were looking wilted.

Hi! I never received these - I got a text saying I'd get a call when they were delivered and I never got a call / got flowers outside my door

Flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to come in a mug so the recipient could use the mug afterward and remember the giver but that did not happen so we were a bit disappointed since that was a major part of choosing this particular product and florist.

The flowers arrived without any water. Apparently they had fallen over during delivery. Thus one of the stem was broken and the information card was sopping wet. It was not until several hours latter when the card dried out that we were able to peel it apart to find out who the sender was. There was no wrapping at all???? I am not familiar with your establishment, but I feel confident I would not order from you.

My nephew sent this creation to me on my 77th birthday and I Loved it because it is so unique! Anybody who has seen it is amazed! They all think it's a real cake from the bakery. When I set them straight, they light up! I keep staring at it and enjoy it immensely.
