The flowers were beautiful, smelled wonderful and add a splash of spring into the grey winter gloom.

I actually was disappointed with the flowers. It didn't look as advertised. I'd be happy to share a photo.

It does not look like the picture. The flowers look old and not vibrant like the picture. Very underwhelmed.

Friends ordered these flowers for my elderly dog after she was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. First of all the arrangement is adorable. Most caring florist. On deliver day there texted me to make sure I was home because the weather was very bad. I was not going to be home so I asked them to deliver to another address which they said they would. My flowers were beautiful and days later they are still beautiful. Not what I would call high end level - grocery store level at best

My only constructive feedback is that I wish the driver would've called and talked to me prior to delivering on such a cold day. He texted me while I was in session with a client and said he was on his way. When I was finished with my client. I texted back asking “when are you arriving” and suggesting that he arrive at the top of the hour. However, he left the flowers at my front door without ringing the doorbell and they were outside for about 45 minutes. if he would've rung the doorbell, I could've come up, but I had no way of knowing he was out there. As a result, the flowers are a little wilted. Otherwise, they are very beautiful.
