Rcvd 11/16 beautiful 11/19 looking droopy& brown on one side w white roses & lily, daisies.

To be honest, I didn't know anyone still used ferns and baby breath. I tossed the ferns right away. Very dated arrangement, white roses already dead. I do like hypericum (sp?).

Flowers are beautiful but they should have been wrapped in plastic to protect them from the weather. It was cold Thursday and they were sitting outside all day.

Flowers were beautiful.. maybe sending out a survey text at 7 in the morning on a Sunday isn't the best business move though. Is that how you would want to be woken up on a day you could have slept in?

Sunflowers were wilted smooshed and almost DOA. I had to remove them. A few of the roses were also wilting. The rest of the bouquet is acceptable.

Flowers were beautiful for the 3 days they lasted. They didn't last long at all. I've taken multiple floral and floral arrangements classes so for the most part I understand the proper way to upkeep them (I get Im not a professional like you guys are), and they still only lasted 3 days. So while they were beautiful, it unfortunately as not worth it. Id give your company one more try because everything else about the experience was great....The delivery driver was very nice and the ordering process was easy. ☺️

Yes I loved them unfortunately the small yellow flowers lasted 1 day & needed to be pulled😕

The flower arrangement is beautiful, But there was no floral preservatives provided for the roses and other flowers in the arrangement, and the flowers were delivered outside with no cover on them and It was very cold that day and no one called and my number was on the card.. please keep those things in mine for your next delivery. Thank you.

They were supposed to be delivered before noon. I did not get them til way after noon The arrangement was fine, just late. It had to sit outside for a while

The flowers were lovely but the balloons were barely blown up and 1 was deflated when delivered. The delivery person even said they were surprised they left looking like that. I'm actually surprised somebody let them leave looking like that. The balloons you have in the photo, make them seventy five percent smaller, and that's the balloons I was delivered. The flowers themselves were stellar.

Good quality and quantity of flowers but delivery was late and the vase was cracked and led to its leaking water onto my table. There was no protective packaging. If the delivery person had waited until I answered the door and if she/he explained the problem I could have put the flowers in a different vase before it leaked on my wooden table.

They didn't come in 4 hours as guaranteed, bur she got them and they were nice.

Hi Guzzar team; of course I loved my floral arrangement!!! But… the delivery was late; they delivered them when I had already received my greeting from work. So I saw them the next day!!! ☹️

My daughter-in-law loved the flowers. They were beautiful! However, she got them a day late. That's my only disappointment.

Arrangement is gorgeous however the bottom flowers are withering and falling out.

Although the flowers were nice, they did not look like the arrangement I ordered.

When flowers arrived looked wilted and dry! Half the water was gone in vase!

I really enjoyed the flowers. They looked as nice if not better than what I expected. They arrived on time and in great condition. I did not like the card that came with it however. I spent extra money for a nice card with a message, and instead got a small paper with my message on it, on the back of care instructions. I don't know if the other add ones are disappointments too, but probably won't get any in the future.

The flowers are beautiful but they arrived late in the day so I wasn't able to see them until 2 days after they were delivered.

My friend said they were to be sunflowers but obviously they're not. The roses are beautiful but the lilies and snap dragons are not open...hopefully they will open before the roses die.

Nice bouquet. But the delivery should be more compassionate. Not just leaving it on the porch and ringing the bell. Should be delivered by hand to the person the flowers are intended for.

The arrangement was pretty, but there was no water in the vase. The flowers had started to wilt by the time I realized they had been left on my porch.
