The flowers were fine. The container they were packed in could of been bigger. I couldnt get them out. Directions said add packet to water. No packet. Water in the vase would of been nice for flowers delivered

Flowers were delivered very late. Some petals were damaged. The items had a smoky aroma like marijuana. My daughter had this delivered to me for my birthday and I honestly felt bad that she spent her hard earned money on this and it came when I was leaving for the day and then the quality was not great. 😒

The edges of some of the blooms were brown. :(

The flowers were nice but not worth the money paid. Also, the flowers were not delivered to the person, just put outside the door to the office.

Many of the roses looked like they were froze bit or burned.

They are pretty but not great - a lot of the roses haven't & will never open - looks like it got to warm somewhere - some flowers started to brown

The flowers were gorgeous, but the chocolates were very melted, deformed, and looked old. The melted chocolate was stuck on the box and the paper in between the two layers.

Very pretty arrangement. Downside was that the pink roses did not last very long. Some were partially wilted upon arrival. And odd that there was no packaging at all, just the glass vase set on the concrete stoop.

I'm a little sad because a lot of the flowers are dying already. They were turning brown after only a couple of days. Other than that they were very nice.

The bouquet fell apart and needed to be reassembled when removing plastic. Perhaps deliver without plastic

Flowers were delivered a day late. I was not home so they were left outside in the sun. They started wilting the next day even though I had changed/ added water. Disappointed as in the past I had received beautiful fresh flowers.

My initial delivery came Saturday @ approximately 12:30 ish, I advised person I wasn't home. 2nd delivery came Sunday @ approximately 4:45-5:00 ish, some os the flowers were wilted/petals were off. It didn't look like flowers was sent back to store as I was told.

Flowers were already wilting upon delivery. I cut the stems and added fresh water with the preservative included, immediately. The carnations and sunflowers are the only flowers that lasted more than 2 days. I would call this a very “Ho-Hum” arrangement that looked “tired” when it arrived.

Wish there were lily's in the arrangement, similar to the picture associated with what the order.

They were beautiful but I am surprised that some of the flowers had brown edges upon delivery

Arrangement is beautiful, colors stand out. Funny thing is these are Mother's day flowers and I got a birthday balloon...

The flowers were beautiful, but the white ones turned brown and wilted after only 1 day. The others didn't last much longer. Arrangement 5 stars, but have to give 3 due to not lasting.

They felt a little sparse and the vase was very basic compared to the picture from 1-800-FLOWERS. My husband sent the same arrangement to my home in IL and my office in WI. The arrangement I received at home was much fuller; however, you delivered on time unlike the florist at home.

Just an average bouquet for the price of the flowers and all the extra fees they added on.

The vase would have been better if it had been the one shown, rather than the straight up one. Never got the candy, but we did receive prompt refund on that. The flowers themselves are beautiful and seem like they wil1l last awhile . Delivery was terrible. There was someone in my office the entire time, so no one rang the buzzer. I found them sitting in the lobby about an hour after they were delivered just sitting on the floor in the lobby. Also would have been nice to bring them in and put them on my desk without having to get the flowers out of the plastic and then hope that I get them back in the vase the same. All in all, love the flowers, not a fan of the delivery and wondering if perhaps the candy was stolen because of no effort to hand everything off to either me or someone in my office.

Chrysanthemum and daisy were basically the same color which takes away from the ad picture. Not really an arrangement but more of a supermarket bouquet on a vase.

I ordered the deluxe arrangement instead of the standard arrangement for an additional cost through For You Flowers on-line. Although the flowers were pretty, the arrangement and the vase weren't really anything special. I've ordered through For You Flowers before and this is the only arrangement that really didn't even grab your attention.

Definitely wasn't the loyal lavender I ordered but it was good quality and beautiful.

Whoever delivered them left them outside. The weather was cold and cold winds outside. 3 of the roses didn't fully open. Why didn't the delivery person wait until someone answered the door. The flowers were outside a while.
