Don't like the pink roses

Your flowers are always beautiful....BUT your balloons need work. I didn't pay $100+ for balloons that were near the floor 4 hours after arriving. Beyond disappointed. Wow!

Horrible service. Flowers still not there.

It doesn't resemble the Beautiful Love Bouquet. I asked for a mini version of that arrangement. It's not full and tight like what was showcased online. Colors are not as bright and doesn't pop like picture online either. That was an arrangement that was almost $200. Not satisfied. I picked this florist from other reviews. I live out of state and this was a gift for a special friend going through something very personal.

Wanted a follow up picture as there were spaces in between the flowers, and they did not send picture.

Not what I was expecting unfortunately. I was under the impression that it would be mostly Tulio's with some greenery. Not a lot of greenery and very few tulips, especially for the price.

The arrangement was great, but it was not delivered with the note as shown, so the recipient did not know who sent them or why. very disappointed :(

I was going to let it go but since you sent a text and asked. First my name is not Panny Signali. I was very underwhelmed by the Flowers. They were not on a spray as promised nor was it 20x20. It definitely didn't not look like a $400 floral arrangement. Take a look at the photo and see what you think. Would you expect that for $400? Extremely disappointed that was the memorial flowers at my beloved brother's funeral.

The website had bumblebees.

The recipient DID NOT receive the champagne- what happened to it Flower Kingdom!' Please fix this immediately.

I am highly disappointed in the bouquet and appalled that the recipients received such a subpar arrangement. I chose this business due to its high ratings, but this bouquet is a far cry from the picture advertised on the website. It looks cheap and hastily assembled. This is unacceptable.

The arrangement is on its way to lovely. However, the first thing I see is a white blob. In place of the hydrangea can you place other red and/or white flowers that are more porportional to the other flowers? Thank you.

I can't tell how many roses are in this picture? I count 6 in this arrangement, I ordered the 9 piece. It looks like a lot of greenery and not enough roses

Rosemary was wonderful, very helpful and patient.

Where are all the spray roses? Have you added carnations, if so please remove them immediately. I don't like the eucalyptus in this arrangement, please remove. It needs more roses, on the website the roses are arranged over the hydrangea and overall was more full.

There should be one Hydrangea which is white. I see too much green. The roses are not full, perhaps add one or two more roses but they should all be more open/fuller. Where are the dianthuses in this arrangement? Will the lilies be partially open by the time of delivery or its not recommended?

You were late for delivery and made me very nervous. How much did you take off my bill?

This does not look like the birthday cake pictured online. Where are the orange roses?

There should be some more white flowers in the middle and the purple and pink flowers are too dark the ones on the site were very light pink and purple. I'm not happy.
