Hi and thank you:) it was a colorful arrangement. I just don't care carnations, Daisies, lazy Susan's in anything I send. Other than that it was colorful and happy which is good. Thank you:)

The flower arrangement was lovely, but, because it did not have water, some of the flowers were wilted by the end of the memorial service.

Yes I like the flowers and like that y'all sent a pic before you delivered them. . However your customer service at the store is horrible, whoever I spoke with act like she had an attitude and didn't wanna be bothered. . I'm calling from a whole different state spending my money and I would expect better customer service. .

The flowers were all perfect except for the purple roses- they never opened and dropped right away. So disappointing because Flower Kingdom is usually so good.

The Flowers were perfect! However, as expressed personally, they were delivered to the wrong address and left outside of the door. My mother had to get in her car to pick them up and take them out of the hot weather. This was disappointing as I had called the gate the night before. My family orders flowers from Flower Kingdom relatively often and this experience makes me think twice about ordering here again. Best regards, David

I like getting the photo however they couldn't match the original one at all we had 3 trials which I accepted but they didn't have the right foliage or container. Customer support was good though but wasn't happy with the arrangement

Was way too small compared to the picture should have been taller fuller and airy. Fyi

I love the colors but there are no roses. I thought it would have white roses mixed with it.

The arrangement is beautiful and the service excellent. Receiving a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered was awesome😁

I have been a customer for a long time, but thinking of finding a new florist. I have been very disappointed with the most recent arrangements.

The service was wonderful. The roses in the arrangement did not look fresh so I was disappointed. Especially, spending over $100.

Needs a little bit more color and flower

For the cost of this arrangement I'm not very happy with it . It's not very full . Last year I was very happy with the arrangement that I ordered.

Not what I was expecting

Orchids were beautiful but they could have been enhanced nicer. Plastic butterfly and lilac paper ribbon cheapened the gift presentation.

3 are.peach 9 look pink and 2 look green should be white. Order 12 peach 2 white. My rating is 3 stars .

Not like the picture in terms of quantity of roses.

It looks great, but almost all of the roses are closed. In the photo on the website, they are all open and luscious and beautiful. First impressions are everything, and that is what the recipient sees initially.
