The arrangements was nice. Didn't like the base for the ocassion !

Arrangement is pretty but not at all what is in photo. Your photo has bigger flowers. Last arrangement looked exactly like photo. This one is nothing like it.

Flower arrangement was nice but the vase was not what was originally advertised.

They are pretty but I should have been more specific they are dated today I believe arrangements are lower rounder and fuller not your fault I appreciate your help and thank you for your kindness In the future I will be more specific I would have preferred a square container and a more mondern motif

Pretty, but small considering price/delivery. The person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful.

The alstroemerias look a little wilted and placed funny. All the rest looks good. I really like getting a photo.

That looks nothing like the picture. Can you please add a few colorful flowers or just two roses, not red to the middle where it looks blank or empty.

Top rose is a little too high. Otherwise looks okay.

The arrangement was lovely, but the the flowers were somewhat wilted and falling apart on receipt (can provide photos). I suspect this happened because the recipient was not contacted before delivery and the flowers spent several hours outdoors in the Florida heat. The reason given by staff was to “avoid spoiling the surprise”, but the recipient was contacted prior to previous deliveries and the flowers did great, and this would be my preference for future deliveries. Not sure if the decision not to contact ahead had anything to do with new ownership by Flower Kingdom.

I was told there was to be a dozen tulips and I only count 8, other than that very nice but I wanted a dozen.

I specifically requested some astromeria. Didn't see any.

The arrangement I selected from your website is similar. However it has more white roses and lilies. The pictured arrangement looks primarily white. This arrangement looks primarily green. Does not reflect a $100 price.

The spatial arrangement of the flowers is beautiful, but the Blue Horizon (T12Z113A) arrangement was not to have any purple flowers - only white Asiatic lilies, white spray roses and 4 dark blue iris. I very much like getting a photo of the arrangement. Thanks.

It was good but I was expecting to see larger orchid for the single orchid arrangement

Please arrange roses more mixed. Not in a line
