Driver was unsure what flowers were ours. Almost gave us the wrong ones. Wished the driver had the photo. Good thing I went out to the car and told him what flowers were ours.They were beautiful though. Thank you!

Not bad but not what was asked for. I said it was a birthday bouquet and wanted yellows and pinks with roses and this does not skew in that direction. It reads more stately with blues and whites.

The flowers were beautiful; however, the banners that I paid extra for were horrendously ugly and cheap looking. I removed them immediately when I returned home. Also, the woman who waited on me during my pick up seemed to be having a bad day or something, because she was very short with me throughout our transaction.

Thank you so much for the photo. I'm a little bit disappointed, though. I thought they would be more colorful.

The arrangement itself is nice but we chose the style based on the soft pastel purple roses. What was delivered was majority bright magenta which is a completely different vibe and not something we would have chosen.

I don't see as many roses in the actual arrangement as I see in the online representation

It's nice, but hoping it looks nicer in person. The hydrangeas look pale in comparison to the other flowers.

The arrangement was beautifully done but I felt the orchid looked a little skimpy for the price. Have been happy with arrangements I have ordered before but this was a little disappointing.

For the cost I thought there would be more flowers !

I'M A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ARRANGEMENT. I ORDERED MANY TIMES FROM YOU IN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DID NOT RATE A 5+ RATING.

I would've liked it a little more fuller. Is there anything else that might be a little fuller thank you very much.

I thought the flowers were going to be in pinks and reds. There was no mention of yellow.

It's pretty but it doesn't look like what I thought I ordered, which was a bowl of houseplants. Oh, well, she's happy with it!.

Yes I like seeing the photo, However you can't see the size of the arrangement…it would be nice to give that information.

Beautiful arrangement, EXCEPT for the Lily that was put in the design. I specifically asked that no lilies be added to arrangement. Lilies are poisonous to cats. My daughter has a cat in her home. I order several times a year and at no time do I ever want ANY lilies in any arrangements ever delivered to my daughters house. I am grateful for the picture of the flowers. That is when I saw the orange lily. Other than that the flowers are very pretty and delivered at great time..

I would say it's ok I have liked other arrangements that you have done. I probably should have seen picture first then I would adjust payment probably spend more

This doesn't show the couple of roses that the website shows?! It sort of looks like maybe there are tea roses there but I can be sure with this photo.

The flower arrangement was beautiful, but it only lasted 4 days before flowers started dying. Didn't bring it back in due to the tropical storm.
