I use your website often - my mom and mother in law both live in the neighborhood and you consistently send beautiful arrangements. That said, I had made a specific color request via email for this arrangement and even referenced a different arrangement of yours as inspiration and while what was delivered is pretty, it's not at all what I asked for. My request was also confirmed via email. I'm pretty disappointed because I'm a loyal customer and if orange and purple flowers couldn't be done, I wish it would have been at least more colorful than what was delivered which was basically entirely green!

I feel that the orchid arrangements are a little lacking! I grow them, and white is very mundane! And pricey for what it is! I know that it's a cost to do this, but it could be more interesting!

The flower arrangement is OUTSTANDING. The only negative comment was delivery. I asked for a time after 3 pm and as it was approaching 5 pm I started to worry. I called and was told it was on the truck and I am the next delivery. The shop closes at 5 pm and I was getting a little anxious. I do like the idea of the photo of the arrangement....although I know from past experience it will be great
