I was disappointed with the size of the finished product, considering how expensive it was. It does not look like $139. worth of flowers. I was hoping to make a more impressive presentation, than this "petite" expression, that was received.

This is a beautiful arrangement, the only feedback is that in the original order it was a blue flower highlight vs purple/pink and we specifically selected for that reason. That being said this is very pretty and will hopefully bring comfort to the family receiving it.

I love the orchids, but wasn't happy with the green structure holding up the orchids. I would have preferred a single stem in a tall cylinder vase. I love that you send a photo and your service is great! Always prompt and courteous! Maybe sending a photo ahead of time would have helped me communicate what I wanted in a better way. I will continue to call you.
