Flowers were like the picture I ordered from. All were fresh except the yellow ones were droopy. Looked as if went from cooler into heat and lost some petals. Overall happy with arrangement. Would order from Flower Kingdom again. Delivered as arrange

Perhaps it's the light or composition in the photo, but the flowers look like they are struggling/not super fresh. I really like this "see what you send" concept, and I've loved using Flower Kingdom before, so I will give it the benefit of the doubt!

Feel like the greenery takes center stage more than the actual flowers themselves. But that is a perception based on the pic. I also LOVE that you guys do this! Great that you send a pic beforehand.

It is nice to receive a picture of the ordered arrangement. It would also be helpful if a note confirming that delivery had been made this morning or delivery was made this afternoon to let the sender know when it arrived.

Recipient loved them. I had asked for more blue in the arrangement as it was an 80th birthday and birthstone was sapphire, but the flowers were lovely! She said you even followed up with a call. Thank you!
