I think it would be helpful to ask customer if arrangement should be all sided or one sided. The flowers were lovely but not arranged for center of table as I expected. Service was great and flowers lovely

I love that you sent a picture of the flowers you're delivering for me today. They are as full and pretty as I hoped. The only reason I rated it 4 stars vs 5 stars is the green carnations look pretty green and I don't think it compliments the arrangement.

I am from out of state and ordered from a local florist to ensure no problems. Even though the florist confirmed delivery, the recipient never received the flowers. UPDATE: The flowers were delivered and the screw up was at the apartment building.
