I was very pleased with the quality of the 4 dozen red roses that I ordered. The bouquets were beautiful. I was disappointed that during the delivery one of the vases had a very large crack and was leaking water everywhere. We had to replace the vase with one that we had sitting around.

I loved that you sent the picture of the actual flowers being delivered and the arrangement was just what I asked for. The only thing is that my wife received them after 7pm

Flowers were beautiful and delivered timely. Only criticism is previously The Blossom Shop gave me a card to write my personal messages. Flower Kingdom insisted on me verbally relaying my message which he typed while I was there, didn't show me for approval, and there were 2 small typos in message he wrote and sent
