Called in and the "designers" sent this instead of the intended bouquet. Nothing much more to do as they had already delivered by the time I called.

Customer service was excellent yet I am not pleased with the flower arrangement. The picture online was superior aesthetically speaking. The ones my daughter received looked like bunches placed quickly. The online arrangement was more symmetrical by far.

I thought I was getting all gerbera daisies, I would not have bought plain daisies. I am not very happy with your substitution.

Thank you for your feed back. These are all Gerbera daisies. We did not substitute anything from the arrangement you chose. Regular daisies are very small and in clusters on the same stem. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I was disappointed. My husband Orval Dorius placed the same order 1 week earlier which we sent to a different friend and his were so much nicer. I had thought that they would have been about the same and they were not the same although the price was. Not

Those are not the flowers that were sent to us. Those are beautiful however and I would have been very happy with those.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for any disappointment. When our driver arrived, he did knock, there was no answer. He left the tag on the door that your wife received. Our drivers get paid per successful delivery so they always try their best to get a signature. Leaving at tag without knocking would be very strange because they would not get paid for that stop. We are so sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I do see we have issued a partial refund since we could not redeliver same day for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Very disappointed in the size of the arrangement.!!! I have bought Stargazer lilies for my sister's birthday from the Flower Patch for over 20 years, never has it been even close to this size.

For the price I expected the arrangement to look like it does in the picture. There are a lot more flowers in the original photo than in what is shown here. Also the ribbon isn't the same . Disappointed
