The flowers looked freshly assembled and arranged as we had selected. I'm a bit disappointed that, for the price we paid, there were NO roses within. Admittedly, I had not studied the contents of the picture we chose. It just seemed that carnations and

In the photo on the website before I ordered, there were lilies shown in this arrangement. I'm a little disappointed there aren't any in my order. Otherwise the arrangement looks nice.

I am really grateful that you have such quick and reliable service, but I have to say I am disappointed in the picture you sent me. Although it has the same basic shape as the arrangement ordered it is not even close to bright and cheery "Lemon Drop" pic

PLEASE either have a separate line for the senders name or state it needs to be added in with the message space. Mine was sent today without any names on it so the receiver will not know who sent them:( The flowers & the filler look limp & sparse. It als

The online ordering form has a delivery default, don't get caught out on this. Also, I was not home when the delivery came and instead of trying to call me (there was someone else at home) they brought it back to one of the stores.

We are sorry for your frustration, we have not had a issue with this before, the website lets you select pick up or delivery, if you select delivery you need to put in a delivery address. You should have also received a instant email confirmation of all the details of your order. I do show notes from the driver saying there was no one answering the door so he did try to call the number on the order while he was there but the phone number was a bad number. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Are the lilies not supposed to be opened? This does not look the same as the picture of the flowers when I ordered. I am sure they will open soon but the effect is the first moment they are delivered and this lacks that, at least from this picture.
