I'm a little disappointed in the vase, it's just so ordinary. I was hoping for something looking more custom, but it's ok.

This arrangement is not as nice and as full as the photo on the web site that I ordered from. This one looks very armature in comparison. I do like and appreciate getting a photo ahead of time.

The flowers were beautiful and everyone I talked to was nice but my issue is with the delivery side of things. Every time I scheduled a delivery they would attempt delivery 2 days later :/

The text " love you " was very tiny The women who answered the phone don't seem to Enthusiastic or Eager to take my order However the recipient to of the flowers was very satisfied as well as my self (very Pretty flowers)

It stands about 27 inches tall, it had a lot of hot pink, yellow and orange in it so it was very vibrant. We hope you get a chance to see it in person. In the photo on the website before I ordered, there were lilies shown in this arrangement. I'm a little disappointed there aren't any in my order. Otherwise the arrangement looks nice.

I am really grateful that you have such quick and reliable service, but I have to say I am disappointed in the picture you sent me. Although it has the same basic shape as the arrangement ordered it is not even close to bright and cheery "Lemon Drop" pic

The online ordering form has a delivery default, don't get caught out on this. Also, I was not home when the delivery came and instead of trying to call me (there was someone else at home) they brought it back to one of the stores.

We are sorry for your frustration, we have not had a issue with this before, the website lets you select pick up or delivery, if you select delivery you need to put in a delivery address. You should have also received a instant email confirmation of all the details of your order. I do show notes from the driver saying there was no one answering the door so he did try to call the number on the order while he was there but the phone number was a bad number. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

My order wasn't delivered on the day I expected. I called and sent an email and was notified that it would be sent out today. However the driver's GPS wasn't able to locate the LDS Church. I saw the flower patch truck pulled over and that time the driver

The flowers are pretty but I asked for very bright and cheery. In person they might be a bit brighter but from the photo it was not exactly what I was expecting. Great service though, same day delivery, friendly staff.

I've ordered a number of times from Flower Patch. This was the first time I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Arrangement looked sad almost immediately and a lot of petals fell by the next day. Not impressed.
