Flowers looked great. However, not delivered on day requested. Several delays and issues with delivery. Then questioned as if we were lieing about the transaction. I will not be ordering again from George's.

Mr. Beyer, we're glad that you liked the flowers and there were a few issues with your order. When I spoke with you on Friday, not once did I imply that you were lying about your order. 1. When you placed your online order, you entered two (2) separate delivery dates. Our system is not set up to handle different delivery dates with only one (1) delivery fee. Our system selected the delivery date from the second order that you placed on the same internet ticket. 2. When your wife called on Friday morning (one of our busiest days of the year) to change the delivery date to Monday. There was not enough time to put a note on your floral gifts in the delivery area about your wife's request for a different day. 3. Our driver seeing the original delivery date and delivering to that area, put your floral gifts on the truck. 4. Your floral gifts were delivered on Friday, but as soon as the issue was brought to my attention, I issued a pick up ticket for the flowers. The flowers were picked up on Friday. Your wife received freshly made arrangements today.

Shana, when our sales associate called Serenity Funeral Home to confirm visitation time we were given a viewing date of 12PM on Friday 04/21. We delivered at 11:36AM. We were never informed of any earlier private family visitation times. I do not understand why a simple discount was needed when we delivered prior to the published and stated visitation time.

Jason, I apologize for the incorrect image being emailed to you. I thought our designer Lee apologized to you while she showed you the correct item and we resent the image. We do our best to insure that the correct image is emailed but on rare occasion the incorrect file is attached. I realize that of all the times for this to happen - it was a very bad time for you to experience an incorrect image file. Again I'm very sorry for the problem. All employees who work with our imaging system have been schooled on double checking each file before sending.

Tess, following up with our phone conversation, again I am truly sorry that the picture you had in your mind did not match the actual arrangement. Even though your tribute had already been delivered, there was enough time to pick it up, add a few accent items (i.e. butterflies), retake the picture and redeliver prior to the family getting to the funeral home. Please let us know as soon as possible if you change your mind and would like for us to make the changes I have recommended. Misty

What happened to the cute smiling face container? I chose that arrangement to send because of the smiling face vase---I thought it would put a smile on the recipient's face.

Not as shown in the image, not typical of George's Flowers. Most arrangements from this florist are 5 star, this one missed thee mark.

I was not at all pleased with the flower arrangement. The sash was moved but not displayed properly and the flowers were not fresh looking at the service. I will not order from you all again. The others in the group felt the same .

Tonja, I am sorry you were not happy. Since this was a pickup you could have expressed your unhappiness with our sales associate and declined the order. We do not stick anyone with any amounts they do not want to spend.

I have sent and received many hydrangeas and never had one with such small leaves and long stems. Lovely vessel but flower was very skimpy looking for the price. I was not proud to have people see my name on it at my aunt's viewing.

Amanda, I apologize for the later than promised arrival of spray. In checking I see that visitation was from 5:00-7:00 for public and 4:00 for family. We make every effort to arrive 1 hour before family time. However this particular day our deliveries were much heavier because of many funeral orders and Easter Holiday flowers. We also had 2 additional order come in for this service on the day of delivery including one that came in after 1pm. I think if you read our reviews you will see that customers give us very high ratings for our customer service.

Jessica, your arrangement was approx double the size of the standard design. which is 15 1/4" W x 14 1/2" H.the table your arrangement was placed on for picture is 28" wide as you can see the arr extends for most of the table. the standard design has one stem of white lilies, yours had 2, the standard has 4 white roses, yours had 6, the standard design has 4 lavender carnations yours had 9. we can only make design a certain percentage larger as to not over power the angel. I designed your arrangement was careful to make sure i enlarged the design and included additional flowers for your premium upgrade.

doesn't look like what is on your website. is that blue statice? it appears purple in the picture. I don't see the white alstroemeria.

Diane, please call us at 540-981-0900 . we are unable to reach you on your number. white alstromeria is included in design it is not fully opened. no true blue statice only purple but looks appropriate with red white and blue. We have also changed out white lilies to more open.

I looked up your order after receiving the email of your review. Your arrangement that was selected off our website was 74.99. You selected the Rush delivery option which added 10.00 to the normal delivery charge of 9.95. Your order breakdown is as follows. 74.99 upgraded Brighten Your Day, 10.00 rush delivery, 9.95 delivery charge, 3.97 VA sales tax for a total of 98.91. We attempted the first delivery by 12:13 finding no one home the arrangement was brought back to our shop for re delivery later in the day. The recipient called us at 12:47 and asked for us to delivery before 2pm - which we accomplished by 1:32 You received extra emails due to the no one home status of your order. Most of our customers seem to appreciate being informed of the order status and any changes that occur during that process. I have also reviewed the paper tape from the designer checking to insure order was filled to value. I will be calling you Monday to see if we can do anything else to take care of your disappointment.
