I'm sorry you were expecting more flowers. We elected to use premium flowers such as lilies, delphinium, snapdragons and bells of Ireland in the mix and to create a more stylized design. The Spray is over 5 feet tall and was done to value.
A fuller, more traditional look could have been achieved by using only carnations, mums and alstromeria, but as this order was left to our discretion, we elected to do something more distinctive.

I can't believe I paid 101.00 for this arrangement. It was by far the ugliest one at the service. The 2 small potted flowers were just put in the basket - no moss or even paper covering the dirt and pots. The bow had cut out flowers in it and no sympathy

This is not what I expected for 115.00 to go to the funeral home this is not appropriate. I am disappointed in the colors and I am very upset about this.

Was expecting something more distinctive than that. Pretty generic and car was real small. Arrangement does not equal amount spent. Disappointed baby boy balloon with a pink elephant

I thought we agreed on pink and purple and something dainty. I don't like orange and yellow flowers in with the pink. I'm not sure what you were trying to do. I did not care for the arrangement.

The roses are pink, but online they are lavender. Is there any dark purple gillyflower in this? I only see statice. I picked this bouquet specifically for all the purple.

The lavender roses we have in stock for your same day delivery have outer petals tipped with hot pink. Once these very fresh, tight roses open up, the more pure lavender inner petals will be revealed.

This is why there was a side that appeared to be flat. In addition, yellow & white roses often open much quicker than the other colors that we offer. If allowed another day or so the others should catch up and open beautifully. I did call and leave you a voicemail. I am a little disappointed in this arrangement; it was described to me as having a lot more flowers, so many that you could not see the vase? I am disappointed that other flowers were not added to make fuller and that I was not given the option to do so

I went ahead and listened to the recording of your call with Linda. Linda did accurately describe the product, saying "... you can't see the container [the paperwhites] are in because they are placed down in a beautiful, tall pedestal glass vase... then everything is covered in green moss."
I think the issue here is miscommunication. Yes, the actual pot (container) for the plants is concealed, but this was misunderstood somewhere along the line. Nowhere in the call did Linda describe the product as you did.
With flowering plants like paperwhites, we rarely add cut flowers; that is more common for dishgardens and other green plants.
You called at 8:36am for a same day delivery for a 10am visitation. You were told that we could not make something up new for you as there wasn’t time. Your tribute was delivered an astonishing 49 minutes from the second you called. All we could offer were plants or a ready made floral arrangement in the cooler – at that time, we had two small, colorful mixed vased arrangements, which we felt were not appropriate for a sympathy piece.

We paid almost $250 for this it only had 9 white roses. They said we would get apicture b4 it was delivered I received the photo 2 days after the funeral. We were VERY unhappy with this arrangement!!!

$50.00 for the bare heart form and stand, $40.00 labor, $10.00 for the printed banner, $25.00 for greenery, $9.95 delivery and $11.66 sales tax, leaving $85.00 for carnations and roses.
When filling orders the designer adds up each item as they go to reach the purchase price.
I'm not sure why you received the emailed photo late, as that system is automated and send the photos the day of delivery. Did we have the correct email address?

Photos orchid that was sent was NOT what was ordered. While the mistake was corrected I guess it was frustrating and embarrassing. I never received a photo or the correct order

I ordered the same arrangement I had sent several weeks ago, for the same party. It included at least nine roses. This arrangement, identified as the same item, at the same price, appears to be Baby's Breath with three roses. NOT what I had expected!

I was surprised and disappointed with my order. When I ordered my flowers I selected to pay a local delivery charge of $9.95. George's Flowers did not honor the local delivery charge, they charged me $19.95 for the local delivery.

Bobby, as we discussed yesterday when you placed your order the delivery charge to the VA Medical Center is higher than the average "local" delivery charge. This is due to the fact that a delivery to the VA can take an hour for one delivery because the guards are unable to help us (or any florist) maneuver to the correct building to try to find the recipient. Very disappointed. I wanted funeral flowers. Person who answered the phone said too short notice. Sorry my brother in law died on thurs and viewing was on Sunday. This was all that was available except for flower garden. 😢🙏🏼

The in store service was bad and if I would have had other options I would have used them. I also did not receive the spray as I ordered it....I had requested white carnations scattered through the yellow flowers...not how it was. I'm dissatisfied with
