Flowers arrived on time but we were very,very disappointed in the value we recieved for $90 bucks! Bland,puney no pop'You get more for your money in a Kroger arrangement. Doubt I will be using you guys again. !s>

Of course you're welcome to shop wherever you choose, but you will find for the price that our quality can't be matched. While kroger flowers will be much cheaper, they are old and may last a couple days or less. Our flowers are direct from the farms and are guaranteed to last at least 10 days. Please take this into consideration when ordering fresh cut flowers.

I don't like the gray-ish fill in flowers. They detract from the arrangement. Where's the baby breath? That would have been pretty or something else White. You have disappointed me for the first time

Those are lavender flowers called limonium, but we are happy to replace those with babies breath. For future reference, call before reviewing. We can easily make changes, there's no need to express disappointment before we're aware of any issues that are quickly remedied.

Pictures can be deceiving, it is much larger than it looks. The best was to imagine it is to think of the size of a win bottle. Those are both about the same height and the arrangement is about 3x the width. That is a medium size at $85! Hope this helps!

It doesn't look like the photo of the $80 version for which I paid. It looks like the $40 version. If that's what is sent, please refund half the price.

I think what you're seeing is the calla lily is slightly shorter than the one pictured online, but that will continue to grow for your recipient! Hope this helps!

Those are lavender flowers, which is a shade of purple. Thanks for discussing this with Sarah to clear up any confusion! Sometimes it's hard to tell what color things are in real life by looking at a photo.

The arrangement that was sent was $75 which is a small size, as discussed- Small size ranges from $50-80. It was $91 after tax and delivery.

Honestly, not your best. I always order from you. You are reliable and professional, but this particular arrangement that I saw in the photo and live in my opinion fell short of your usual quality. Not sure what happened.

I asked for blue flowers with some lily (preferably lily of the valley which I couldn't get). This is all lily with a few blue thrown in. For what I paid, I'm not at all happy.

As we discussed, lily of the valley is a special order flower and you did not give us enough notice to obtain those. Lily of the valley is also 5x the cost of this arrangement. We discussed that lilies and anything blue will be a premium price. You stated you wanted all lilies with blue accents in a size small enough to use as a centerpiece on a bar table. There is not much more we can alter to fit those requirements. I've left you a voicemail and we will hold the order until we hear from you.

Thanks for chatting with me! It is an awkward angle on the photo so it looks like you're peering down directly into greenery, but I promise it's much more balanced in person than it appears in the photo! The solidago and roses will open up much more over time to fill out the yellow.

Is this correct one? I thought the arrangement would be blue and white with more hydrangeas. Do not like the snapdragons and purple flowers. This does not look like a $150 arrangement.

Hi, thank you for the photo. I am a little disappointed in it. I had asked for no purple, and from the photo it appears that some of the flowers are close to purple. I cannot tell if there are any peonies or ranunculus in the arrangement but I had requested those. as well. Frankly, it doesn't look like a spring arrangement. Thank you for your inquiry.

I also mentioned several times that we do not have peonies and likely were out of ranunculus, so we would try to find something similar to add in. Those flowers were never guaranteed in your arrangement. However, there were two pink ranunculus in the arrangement.

Looks like you paid $60 for a small size bright color mix arrangement with no pink and a camo bow. They were even able to add premium gerbera daisies in there for you, so I'm not sure what we could have done to better fit the request. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied.

I was not overly excited about the quality of the roses. I felt many of them were blown. I expected higher quality from a florist versus Kroger. I also requested early delivery to add some excitement to the school day and they got delivered as close to the 1:00 end time as possible, so the teachers just picked them up on their way home. It was a little disappointing.

I ordered roses for Valentines Day on Jan.31,2023. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 1:00pm . The flowers was delivered at 1:27pm. I tried to call your shop but you were not accepting calls. I went to your shop and was given a $15.00 credit for the late delivery. The lady who received the flowers said the Babies Breath looked as if it was thrown into the middle of the vase . This is the first time I have purchased flowers from you. Needless to say I am not at all pleased. Also I requested to unsubscribe me from the numerous emails I receive from you. Nobody knew how to do this but assured me they would take care of the emails. I saw the request that I call your establishment if I had a problem. I tried and you were not accepting phone calls.

You may click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of our promotional emails to stop receiving. If you signed up for occasion reminders then you have to sign into your account to turn those off, we can't do that for you. If you can't figure it out simply send our emails to spam. It doesn't do any good to see the picture prior to delivery if there's nothing you can do about it if it's wrong. No one could be reached because the store was closed but the flowers got delivered anyway. The spray was beautiful but it only covered one side of the casket. It looked terrible at the burial site.

We were open and you did speak with someone about this. The issue was that you had requested lilies. At no point in the phone call did you ask for "calla lilies" which are different than regular lilies and special order. We told you we couldn't make the changes you requested as we did not order calla lilies since they weren't specifically requested. It wasn't a matter of being closed or unwilling to change, it was a miscommunication. As for the back of the casket spray being bare, that is typical of any draping casket spray, it only drapes to one side. Usually services are held on one side of the casket. If we had been informed that the casket would be viewed from all sides we could have offered you options for that as well. So sorry, but we did our best with the information you provided.

This is my least favorite version of all the flowers you have made for my mother in law. They have always been beautiful and creative. These just don't have any real style or capture the aesthetic of the photo I went by. Disappointed.

The arrangement was an all around design in a 10" tall glass cylinder. The arrangement was between 28"-30" in height and was filled to value.

I was looking forward to seeing a picture. Unfortunately, picture and receipt were not received until after delivery due to being sent to the wrong number. The design was not as ordered, though the description on my receipt seems clear enough. Low rating is for lack of attention to detail. I know this is not typical of your service.

I'm going to be honest, for the money, They are okay, not crazy with the colors, was hoping for more brighter colors. Had requested a bright colors as a pick me up bouquet. It seems depressing to me. You all come highly recommended, just surprised.
