After reviewing the orig oak photo, it is extremely disappointing to have all carnations and only three roses (should have mainly roses!). It is not a customer problem I feel when the inventory is low due to other demands of arrangements, if this was the case a notification of the situation would be the right thing to do instead of just sending all carnations. Not good customer service

With all of our arrangements that are displayed online, there are inventory changes that sometimes need to be made to honor expectations with delivery. Your arrangement is filled to the value you paid for. If it we were to have larger roses it would have been very sparse as 1 stem of a larger rose is the same price as the spray roses we did not have. Therefore our designers made the choice to supplement out for you so that it would achieve a full look that was similar to what was displayed online.

We were very displeased with the arrangement sent for $85 dollars it was extremely small and the picture I have look different from the attached. This was a Birthday arrangement and was suppose to be festive but truly did disappoint

Seems like a few more flowers would be appropriate and perhaps roses that are not so fully opened. These wouldnt last long in my opinion.

Garden roses are larger and more long lasting that regular roses. I guarantee you this will last, please trust the professionals.

The arrangement itself was $85 and the photo you received has all of the same flowers as pictured online, there were some color substitutions, but it absolutely does have the same number of stems. Hope this helps!

Great picture, but the flowers did not look like the picture. I was very disappointed and for the cost, truly a LOL. And when I was on the phone placing my order there was people in the background laughing and talking so loud that I told the girl I was speaking with to tell them to shut up because I couldn't hear her because of them.

I'm disappointed in this arrangement. It should not even be ready as it is due at the e funeral home next weekend. I asked that it match the online photo as closely as possible. After thirty years of account with you all I can tell you this one makes me the most unhappy.

Not satisfied with the product. Called to have them make it more like the photo on the advertisement and was told it “followed the same recipe”. It doesn't look half as nice as the online photo. Casper was short with me, didn't really care that I called and hung up promptly without offering to make anything better. He knew I was unhappy and did nothing to change that.

While kroger flowers will be much cheaper, they are old and may last a couple days or less. Our flowers are direct from the farms and are guaranteed to last at least 10 days. Please take this into consideration when ordering fresh cut flowers.

I don't like the gray-ish fill in flowers. They detract from the arrangement. Where's the baby breath? That would have been pretty or something else White. You have disappointed me for the first time

Those are lavender flowers called limonium, but we are happy to replace those with babies breath. For future reference, call before reviewing. We can easily make changes, there's no need to express disappointment before we're aware of any issues that are quickly remedied.

Pictures can be deceiving, it is much larger than it looks. The best was to imagine it is to think of the size of a win bottle. Those are both about the same height and the arrangement is about 3x the width. That is a medium size at $85! Hope this helps!

I asked for blue flowers with some lily (preferably lily of the valley which I couldn't get). This is all lily with a few blue thrown in. For what I paid, I'm not at all happy.

We discussed that lilies and anything blue will be a premium price. You stated you wanted all lilies with blue accents in a size small enough to use as a centerpiece on a bar table.
