The flowers were nice but not all in $62 nice...disappointed in the arrangements size. Not what I pictured from the description....lesson learned...see it before you buy it. The young man was very nice though.

While your uncle may live in Roanoke County, his physical address is still listed as Boones Mill, VA 24065. We only deliver to a very small section of Boones Mill & the computer automatically generates an "out of area" fee for the zip code..........Misty

Heather, I wanted you to know that I did have the designer redo your arrangement & you should have received another picture by now. Per my message, we substitute a soft yellow rose for the creamy peach (which we are sold out of).

While I do like the flowers, I paid over 70 dollars for that. It is much smaller than the photo, and seems to have a lot less roses-- the picture online showed 7. I understand that they are not going to look exactly like the photo, but I think good custom

I'm sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Yes you did ask for specifics and like we discussed not everything that you asked for is available in fresh flowers. Our designer truly did the best she could with the parameters you specified. As we discussed, yellow would have to be substituted for gold. You asked for blue flowers, and I explained there were none. For the picture, we placed a light behind the vase so that you could see the vase was actually blue with a navy bow.

Your floral gift was approximately 18" tall x 24" wide and the flowers were arranged to be viewed from all sides. After reviewing the order with the designer, the actual value of the gift is $72.25.
