I'm sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Yes you did ask for specifics and like we discussed not everything that you asked for is available in fresh flowers. Our designer truly did the best she could with the parameters you specified. As we discussed, yellow would have to be substituted for gold. You asked for blue flowers, and I explained there were none. For the picture, we placed a light behind the vase so that you could see the vase was actually blue with a navy bow.

The flowers were ok, BUT,!!!!!!!! Costumer service was at his worst! The gentlemen who helped was rude inpatient,and had a hissifit!!!!! I don't think that's how u make business work!!! My husband walked out, I stayed cause I was tired and had to get flow

Ms. Pinotti, we are sorry that you are disappointed with your arrangement. According to the order, a seasonal vase arrangement was ordered for $70. Your floral gift was approximately 18" tall x 24" wide and the flowers were arranged to be viewed from all sides. After reviewing the order with the designer, the actual value of the gift is $72.25.
